I like everything. The location, well equipped room, and the host. Actually there are two rooms, one bedroom and one living room with a kitchen. Everything was spotless. The host is super friendly 💜

The bathroom is not located in the apartment itself, but in the common corridor right next to the apartment. It's a big problem to find a parking space on the street.

Close to the city centre (ca.20 min walk). Lot of shops around. Free parking on the street. The apartment is fully equipped, very spacious and clean. The owner is very nice and helpful.

The plumbing was a bit noisy at night at times... But I'm a very light sleeper so it probably wouldn't bother other people.

I stay in a lot of different places because of my work (an international performer), and I'm used to places writing down all kinds of facilities just so they can list them - "washing machine, equipped kitchen" etc., and then when you come you see that everything is minimal. That was not the case here - this lovely studio apartment was created with love, and obviously is being used occasionally by the owner himself or people he cares for, because everything was excellently designed and furnished, with care for details. The kitchen was truly fully equipped with everything from stove to oven to toaster etc. There were lots of power outlets everywhere, a small lamp by the bed, lots of storage space, a huge TV (which was irrelevant for me since I don't watch TV, but it was markedly different from so many other places where they say "TV in room" and put something the size of a tablet), sophisticated automatic shutters etc. Truly a marvellous place.

The host, Anna is a very kind and caring person. She looked after us very well during our stay. We fell sick at the midnight on our first night. Anna helped us to call a taxi and stayed up to wait for the taxi and communicated with the taxi driver to ensure us to get to the hospital. That sort of help is definitely more important than any other things when you are in a strange country. We can't thank you enough for Anna and her family's help. For the apartment, it is spacious and at great location to access to main train station and catch airport bus. There are also a supermarket, pharmacy and a few local restaurants to provide a delicious food at very reasonable price.

I thought the property was excellent. It was very spacious, was exceptionally well equipped and we perfect for our stay. The car park was brilliant and all the instructions about how to get to property, how to park and how to enter we excellent. We met the host Anna twice and she was super friendly and helpful. If we go back to Alicante we would definitely stay here again.

Ana, the host, was really nice, she even provide us with beach towels and umbrella. The studio is big and it really has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Ana the host very friendly and helpful. Good location, we could eat out at a variety of places within a few minutes walk, we were able to park nearby which was handy, we walked to the seafront in 20 minutes. The studio is well equipped and a longer stay would make use of it's facilities.

There were blinds to cover the windows, but above the windows there was this non see-through glass, and this was above the blinds, and therefore you couldn't make the room completely dark.

There apartment was really big, perfect if you travel alone or as a couple. It was located near the station and also near the center. The bed had this really soft cover with plumes inside :-) There was a well equipped kitchen, with a nespresso machine.

THE OWNER OF THE APARTMENT COULD SPEAK A LIITLE ENGLISH BUT NOT UNDERSTAND IT WHEN SPOKEN TO HER AND IT MEANT THAT EVERY TIME I NEEDED TO CONTACT HER I HAD TO TEXT HER AND SHE REPLIED AFTER USING GOOGLE TRANSLATION. THIS WAS OFTEN A LENGTHY AND TIME CONSUMING PROCESS. IT ALSO CAUSED DIFFICULTY FINDING THE PROPERTY WHEN I FIRST CAME. IT DIDNT HELP THAT THE ADDRESS GIVEN ON THE WEBSITE WAS INACCURATE. EVEN LOCAL PEOPLE WHO I ASKED FOR DIRECCTIONS OFTEN COULDNT HELP. THE WEBSITE STATED THAT THERE WAS A DVD PLYER WHICH THERE WAS NOT. THERE WAS A CD PLAYER AND THE LADY SEEMED UNAWARE OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO. IF I HAD KNOWN OF THE DIFFICULTIED THE HOSTS LACK OF ENGLISH WOULD PRESENT I WOULD NOT BOOKED THIS APARTMENT.
