Big hotel complex. Can find free street parking in off season. Stayed in apartment, room big with sofa. Breakfast very busy - a lot of people, have to wait in row. Close to small beatch, few places to have some dinner.

Very clean hotel and room at a very reasonable price. Staff all helpful, great breakfast and a great location for both the beach and the town centre. Plenty of free roadside parking in the locality.

Pretty much perfect hotel. Location is 3 minute walk to a beautiful bay, and 5 minutes to the main beach and paseo. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Each has a small kitchenette if requested, a microwave a fridge, air con and a balcony. The shower is great. The breakfast is vast and varied.

The first room we were given smelled very strongly of cigarettes and the air conditioning did not work. Also the website states that it accepts dogs, which it does in the rooms. However we booked & paid for dinner and then were told we were unable to the dog into the restaurant with us, so had to eat outside the hotel. Either you take dogs or you don't . . . .

The reception team were very helpful, particularly as the first room we were given smelled of cigarettes and the air-conditioning didn't work, and they sorted it immediately changing our room to a much cleaner room where the air-conditioning was working

This time, there was a barking dog, which I accept is a possibility in a place that accepts pets. However, the reason it was barking is because it had been left alone in the room. The hotel provides a crate for such eventualities as going for meals, etc. This couple has left the dog out of its crate, which I suppose is their perogative. But the dog barked and whimpered constantly from 7pm until 2am when they presumably returned from a night and then started again at 8am when I suppose they went for breakfast. This had the knock-on effect of making several other dogs bark all night. Despite the fact that leaving the animal alone is unkind and distressing for the dog, it breaks very specific hotel rules. Despite this, the hotel refused to do anything. We called reception repeatedly, but they did nothing. One person was particularly rude, telling my wife to stop pestering him as he was very busy. Shocking customer service, and so now we've booked an Airbnb for a month instead.

The hotel is good, stayed there many times and they allow pets which is perfect for us.

The staff were unnecessarily difficult one morning when I sat down to breakfast on my own at a table for 4.

The rooms are huge, they have a fridge and a microwave as well. The shower is perfect. The location is close to the town and the beach. They will happily accommodate your pets if need be. The breakfast is large and varied. We stay here every single time we're in Vinaros. Its a pretty much perfect.

One or two of the staff, particularly in the restaurant have a tendency to be overly officious. I got moaned at for sitting alone at a table for 4 despite the restaurant being virtually empty. And when I wanted to take breakfast back to the room for my poorly wife you'd think I was trying to steal the family silver given the reaction of another member of staff.

We stay here every time we come to Vinaros. The rooms are big and spotlessly clean, there is an extra sofa bed, a fridge, air con and even a small kitchen in each room. The shower is great and the location perfect. The breakfast is wonderful with plenty of options.

They charge me extra for the dog, to be offered a metallic cage...and nothing interesting for a dog.
