The worst part of the stay was getting the keys for the accommodations when we arrived. We arrived just 5 minutes after 6 pm and waited outside for another 5 minutes before someone opened the door to the apartments. Asked for the keys to the room and the attendant would not give us the keys!!! Although he had them in his hands, he would not hand them over and told us we needed to go the other site to pick up the keys since he ONLY works till 6 pm. We drove for 4 hours to get the hotel and then this unprofessional conduct from and unhelpful attendant causes us to spend an addition hour of our time retrieving the keys at the other office in downtown Barcelona (in rush hour!!!). This was completely uncalled for and made our stay much less enjoyable!

The pillows were a little tight.

The apartment was really clean and it had all kind of comforts. It had everything that said in the description. Everything was comfortable and pleasant to stay. Metro and subway station just a few minutes away to go wherever you want. Might not be in the city centre but great neighbourhood and great transportation.

It was easy to reach the city center with public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious.

The apartment was perfect, if I had to make 1 criticism it would there was no choice of pillows. The pillows provided were very hard and not comfortable, had to use the cushions off the sofa, but a part from it was perfect.

There was someone there to greet me, she was very efficient and helpful.

The only negative point is the pillows on beds were too thick and firm so we ended up using a folded bathtowel instead of the pillow.

Location was good, easy walk to the metro. Shops nearby and some restaurants and bar. Basement parking was good, as it would have been difficult to find a place on the street.

One downside that it's not so close from downtown but that wasn't really bothering us as many bus & metro stations were few minutes walk from the apartment

Very close from Mercadona, metro & bus stops We plan to stay there again during our next visit to Barcelona..Highly recommended 👌

we were staying at the ground floor and the windows did not have heavy curtains or window seals so people walking outside could (and did) see us inside the apartment and bedrooms.

Comfy beds, clean apartment, looked like it was recently renovated with nice materials especially the bathroom and the kitchen. Overall we were super happy with our accommodation there!

The staff was very polite and helpful with everything!! Extremely convenient apartment, providing everything a family requires, like stove and microwave, two bathrooms, kitchen amenities, and everything you can imagine. They provide you with an application so you can enter the room, the garage and the main building, so there is no need to have keys for all these. Everything was perfect!! Highly recommended 👌👍

As a people write there before me, the check-in/self check-in was kinda cumbersome. This was my first experience with this kind of Self-Check-In so I was more aware if it will be alright. The check-in time information on the Booking is from 15:00 - 0:00 and that's half true or little misleading information. The reception in the Europa Apartments hotel works only from 10:30 - 18:00. Other way you must do Self-Check-in or Check-in in person in the Hotels next to the centre of Barcelona - Calle Muntaner nº60 (open from 10:00 am to 00:30); - Calle Pujades nº120 to collect your keys (open from: 11 pm to 06:30 am). We arrived to Barcelona after 19:00 so we chose Self-Check-in. If you choose option with Self-Check-In you are paying via own gateway, sending IDs/Passport and sending contract via e-mail/their portal. After all there was no big problem with it but for some people it could be little problematic. After few messages with support everything was clear.

- Really new clean and modern apartment with everything that you need. Really comfy beds, pillows weren't that bad as people write. - Good kitchen equipment, we were able to do meals that we want. - Opening of apartment with Mobile App worked perfectly on my iPhone. - Hot Water runs for whole stay, we've got no problems. - Whole neighbourhood was safe and without any problems. 2 minutes from apartment you have shop, restaurants and also 5 minutes of walk there is a metro station and bus stop. We arrived from Airport/City centre directly. - 50% from Booking was sent back to my account after paying for the stay and deposit for property damages after few hours and the same day. Be aware that Deposit for damages and Booking Deposit are not same. - Deposit 350€ for property damage was fully send back after 48 hours. - Public Trash Bins are 2 minutes next to the apartment, so also no problem to do this thing. - If you are planning to stay there and to Check-in in opening hours at reception, there is nothing to worry about. With Self-Check-in you spend more time but it is also safe. I am giving 10/10, but please consider steps for doing Check-In/Payment etc. Thanks!

Reception at the apartment's location closed too early in the evening, which is very inconvenient. Another inconvenience was that access to the bathroom was only through the bedroom.

The pillows were rather hard and the tea towel provided was rather useless! But small details in the grand comparison to the overall stay.

Concierge were very helpful with organising taxi's and pointing me in the right direction! The location is a short 15 minute drive from the airport and 10 minute walk from where I needed to be! The apartment was clean, well maintained and included all your essentials.
