There is a beautiful garden courtyard in this hotel which we really enjoyed sitting in for drinks and meals - it was after seeing photos of this courtyard that we chose this hotel, and it met our expectations. The location was excellent too - just across the road from the Mezquita.

It is hard to get too, i.e one needs to drive through the pedestrian zones to get there, nothing wrong with it it would just help if the flag it in advance :-)

More choice of tea/coffee in room. Restaurant menu - an English version or translation would have been welcome as the waiting staff didn't speak much English and our Spanish is not very good but the food was of good quality.

Breakfast was excellent with so much to choose from, fruit, meats, hot food and specialities. Room very comfortable and lots of storage for clothes. Reception staff very helpful and spoke excellent English. Room cleaned every day to a good standard. Great view towards the Mosque. Location in the centre so could walk comfortably to all other sights and restaurants.

Perfect location right next to the mezquita. Hotel is nicely decorated, the rooms clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and the €13 breakfast buffet plentiful and tasty.

The hotel is a true gem, a hidden treasure! Beautiful old spanish architecture, an amazing terrace, and very nice room! We had a suite with 2 balconies facing the beautiful interior garden where tbe terrace is! There is parking on the property, requires booking!

We had a nice room overlooking the charming interior courtyard, with an apricot tree just outside the window. Unfortunately the whole atmosphere was completely ruined by a revolving tape of fast beat Spanish singing music which went on from 3pm to 10.45pm and meant the window had to be shut (it still filled out room) and also ruined the atmosphere in the courtyard when one was there having a drink. Awful and not suitable for a **** hotel.

If I was to be really picky , we stayed during the patios weekend so the hotel was very busy. The breakfast room was a little under-resourced for the number of people staying. Although the food options were very good. However, on the second morning the hot food counter did not seem to work so the bacon and eggs were cold and the coffee machine water temperature could not keep up with the number of people using it.

The hotel was ideally placed for the main attractions of Cordova. It felt like a character hotel, not a modern business hotel. So in keeping with the old town feel. The reception staff were helpful throughout our stay. Good value for money too .Despite my comments in 'what didn't you like', I would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Cordova old town.
