may need a refurbishment as the bathroom door looked like soaked a lot of water, bathroom tiles looked like dirty due to some permanent stains . room service personnel very noisy as from 7:30 on a Sunday

reception unattended on arrival, seemed only to be one person to man reception and the small bar? also the description says there is a place to park to load and unload bags at the hotel whereas there isn’t.

The elevator bottom of 4th floor is poor, very hard to press it, hope it get improve.

Location is very close to the Metro station and also walking distance to the Sagrada Familia very nice.

The hotel is situated right at a busy road junction. Our room was at the front of the hotel so at night we got lots of noise from general traffic which did distrupt my sleep . Not a problem during the day as we were out sight seeing. The breakfast was disappointing not a great choice .

The location is good. The Monument metro right around the corner. It is a 5 minute walk from La Sagdrada Familia. Hotel very clean and staff friendly.

the bathrooms need to be updated asap. the hair dryer won’t do anything and the water pressure is weak. as well be prepared for water all over the floor. the fan didn’t work good and made a lot of noise.

we top floor suites have an epic view and balcony for the price. it is close to the metro as well.

It suited us very well - no complaints.

The balcony area was amazing - huge space with sun lounger and table. The view from the terrace of the Sagrada Familia is stunning. The beds were comfy and it was quiet.

the bath was blocked, so when you showered you would have to stand in the dirty water. i reported to room service who said there was a problem with it and a plumber was coming the following week (so not resolved during our stay). i had amended my booking and it turned out my comments / requests (like having rooms close to each other) didn’t transfer. the room type also changed. i don’t know if this is something I did incorrectly as it was a while ago and I can’t remember but prefer to write just in case somebody is in a similar situation. limited services on site (room service is sushi from an external provider). no common outdoor area and no balcony. no on- site parking
