Location within walking distance to the stadium/concert area. Garage space available at extra cost but reasonable price. Clean and nicely decorated. Quiet area. Friendly staff.

Breakfast options run out if you go late like 30 minutes before the closing time, and that is a down specially after a late concert.

Location a little bit off the Center is awesome, and some surrounding gastronomic gems around make it the perfect place to visit the city but also to enjoy a walk to La Cartuja for a concert (25 min)

Cigarette smoke was prevalent in the main lobby - unusual these days. Otherwise an excellent hotel. it's a 40 minute walk to Plaza de Espana.

Nice room and good value close (15 min walk) to the heart of Sevilla. Parking garage is tight but very close to hotel. Very friendly and helpful check-in staff.

Breakfast was very basic and compared to all the other hotels on this trip, all of the products in offer felt of lower quality.

Location was very good and they reserved parking for us, which was very important in this inner city location.

A little far from the ‘main’ part of the old city but hey, that’s what taxis are for! The only minor irritation was: I specifically asked for a TWIN room. Several messages before arrival told me they could not confirm my request (bizarre!). On arrival, the two beds were set up as a double…they sent staff up to separate the beds and make them up with single duvets. Why could they not have done this to start with?!🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

I was unpleasantly surprised by the receptionist that told me that because I had booked a double room for a single person I would have to pay for an extra breakfast. I refused to do so as I had booked for a breakfast included room. In the end they did not charge any additional fee but it spoiled the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel is in the old town, near the river and requires about a 20 minutes walk to the centre i.e where the cathedral is. Both elements need to be taken into consideration when booking.

The hotel is small and has a pleasant internal Moorish-style patio. The room was spacious, overlooking the street and comfortable. Breakfast was abundant and had all the right choices both local and international.

The bed was a little too short for my partner (he is over 180cm tall) but overall comfortable. There was a strange smell in the room and the air conditioning was not working efficiently (we felt that especially during the hottel night). We did not like the breakfast as no vegetables were available and the options were really limited (especially the hot ones).

The room was super clean and there were a lot of bath utilities in the bathroom (even hair conditioner). There was an underground car parking available. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There was even some food room service available, that was serving the food until 1am. The wifi was working great.

It was quite a way from the centre. The rooms didn't have a lot of space for storing your things. It was very expensive considering the facilities.

Everything was clean and well kept. It was light and modern but with decor in keeping with this area of Spain. The garage was a really good facility to have. The area was nice even though it is quite a way from the centre.

- the rooms were comparable loud (insulation of the windows maybe not that strong) - the parking garage is very narrowly - hard to get in and out if you have a bigger/newer car and have to park in the back of the garage

Listing included parking at the property. However, when we arrived all parking was booked. We did not receive any notifications that it has to be booked in advance. We had to park in a parking garage 15 mins away.

The bed took most of the room and you had to walk sideways to pass to the toilet. Price was outrageous due to football final in the city.

The location is a bit far off from the city center. The bathroom shower and ventilation needs an upgrade.

The hotel is very well maintained and is very comfortable for a 3 Star Hotel. staff are really helpful.
