A hole around the door made the light penetrate into the bedroom during the whole night plus the emergency exit green light above the door was also bothering to sleep. The room was an "upgrade" however did not look like the style on the pictures. Saturday was a wedding party on the roof tip and it was not comfortable to stay around the partying guests, we were not a ease.

Nice location and very quiet street. Roomy bathroom, very good clean, and modern room overall. Swimming pool is one love, just amazing and so necessary in this city starving from heat. Nice personnel. Special thanks to beautiful Livia, young receptionist who organized our leisure activities and meals. Also thanks to another lady - morning receptionist who fought with a taxi company for our cab, many thanks to them.

Breakfast did not have Gluten Free options which is not great at all... The room was the one lacking the most. There was literally no space in the bathroom to put toiletries of one person let alone for 2 ! The bathroom was very big so it was not a matter of space just of a very bad design.. Also no hooks there to put the towels once you used them or clothes if you take a shower. The towels were not pleasant to use. No adequate espresso cups. The refreshments were not always replenished and the cups were not properly washed... The pillows are so flat you can hardly use them even two at a time.. No plugs by the bed side which is something I would have appreciated..

A few steps to climb with luggage to room after getting off lift. Booked a taxi through hotel for 6.30 am and paid 35Euro for airport transfer! This taxi had no meter unlike the one we got the previous day. Felt it was a bit excessive.

Location was excellent. Steps away from Cathedral and Alcazar. Young lady at reception who checked us in was very helpful. Got a taxi for us to get to Feria de Sevilla.

This hotel was situated very close to Sevilla Cathedral and Alcazar, but yet at a very quiet alley. Lovely building inside. Stylish lobby. The room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent beds. Aircondition was good. There was a minibar. Spacious bathroom with shower. Toiletries included hair conditioner and boby lotion. Room was cleaned whilst we were having breakfast. Breakfast was good and fresh. They even prepare eggs for you as you wish. The personnel was lovely and helpful. Hotel has a terrace on the roof, but the terrace bar was not open which they told it at pages, so we knew it. The lobby bar was not open either. Hotel was a bit better than 4 star hotels usually are.

As we visited around Holy Week or Semanta Santa, taxis were not able to get us directly to the hotel as many of the roads were blocked.

Occasional issue with shower not being hot. Would be nice to provide slippers and shower robes. Coffee machine provided on last full day however not a major issue.

Location, so near the main tourist areas but so quiet on a small back lane. Hotel very calm and room very comfortable, Staff were wonderful, helpful and courteous at all times. Rooftop area great for enjoying sunshine and relaxing. Tastefully decorated room and shower room.

The swimming pool and rooftop bar was already closed in beginning of November. it was really beautifull weather and would have been nice to still use it.

The location is amazing. So close to the historical sites that you would like to visit. So many nice restaurants and terraces in the neighborhood on walking distance.

The architecture of the hotel is impressive. We had the suite, the room was superb.

The location is excellent, the only issue was that taxi's cannot drop you off outside the hotel due to the narrow roads, whilst saying this its only a few minutes walk to the piazza where one can find loads of taxis

The water in the bathtub wouldnt drain fast enough so you would have to shower with ankle deep water. The maintenance people said that is how it was in all rooms. and bathtubs only . we had booked 3 nights via booking.com , the receptionist said its non refundable for all 3 nights so we did not have choice to change the hotel .

A minor point, but the location of the bath taps behind an immovable shower screen meaning you had to climb in the bath to fill the bath!

The central location, extremely helpful and friendly staff, the decor and ambience, roof top terrace (although bar closed in November at time of our visit)
