The only thing is that they dont have a proper area for super early check ins, my friend and i was sleeping on a chair and sofa in the hallway and everyone who was passing by to check out would see us. Also, they have a rooftop but no bar, which could have added a bonus for them. But overall great hotel.

Awesome Location, its just in the centre and close to the beach and attractions/facilities. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Ana at the reception was very patient and helpful since we arrived very early in the morning and gave us a place to clean and freshen up as well as store our luggage. The hotel is very clean as well and had tea/coffee making facilities with a variety of things in the minibar.

I could hear the residents above me walking about late into night. It was a Friday night and the Square outside was noisy. Sure during the week noise levels outside would be fine. There was a Triathlon next morning and roads closed, no rain cud no buses, staff were unaware of details, betters communication would have helped.

Hotel was in a central square lovely views from room. Hotel staff very friendly. An ok sun terrace on roof. Decent gym in basement. Room and bathroom were excellent. I took Deluxe room which was well appointed and very decent size.

The hotel is centrally located in a courtyard opposite the town hall. It is a two minute walk to the beach in one direction and the old town in the other. We had a fifth floor room overlooking the square. Marvelous view up to the Cathedral and mountains. Room was modern and spacious, immaculately clean. We stayed for a week and each day on our return was like coming in to a brand new room. Well worth the stay, really enjoyed the city and surrounding area.

If you are a light sleeper, we could hear the hum of the elevator going up and down in the middle of the night. The room could do with better noise insulation. Also when you are on the terrace in the evening, you can smell the extractor fan from the restaurant below.

We loved the view to the castle from our Terrace. It was lovely to relax there and be outside on the long chair. Monica at the reception was very helpful and proactive even before we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is close to the beach and close to fantastic restaurant. Great location.

Clean good size room and great view over the square. Worth paying the bit extra for the view with balcony. Staff were really friendly and helpful - Monica & Franco. Monica Recommended a great restaurant for dinner too! Enjoyed our stay and will be back

If you arrive by car as we did, there is nowhere to stop and unload. We pulled over alongside the plaza to do this but a police car moved us on immediately. There is parking at the casino about 5 minutes walk away which was fine for us but may not suit everyone.

The staff were excellent, they were all friendly, helpful and very efficient. We didn't eat there at all so can't comment on the food but the location is great and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and beach.

The Plaza was sometimes noisy late into the evening.

The location was excellent for access to the Old Town. The rooms were bright, modern, immaculately clean and with good facilities. The breakfasts had a good variety of foods, both hot and cold, and my gluten-free diet was well-catered for.

That I was only there for 12 hours so would have loved being there longer. I would have preferred the details of the hotel amenities/price of the mini bar etc in paper form instead of scanning it to your phone not everyone is good with technology

This hotel was the best I've stayed in Alicante. Yes it was more expensive but, you pay for what you get. I had a lovely view of the square. It's location is so close to the beach and all the different restaurants. The room was so big and so was the bed. I arrived late in the evening and both the female staff on reception made me feel very welcome. They explained everything to me and even checked when the buses started to run back to the airport. The walk in shower was excellent especially for me (I did not have to climb into a bath). A VERY EXCELLENT HOTEL AND LOVELY STAFF.

Breakfast was a big let down. The chairs were uncomfortable and the buffet was quite meagre with just "solid" scrambled eggs or tortilla as a hot option. The dining room was quite small as well.

Location was excellent with it being only 2 minutes from the airport bus stop and beach and right on the edge of the old town with loads of bars and restaurants close by. It was also right next door to the town hall, and very close to the two basilicas. No problem with noise.

Have stayed before but hotel has been fully refurbished since. The room was really nice , bed was really comfortable & bathroom great. Staff really friendly - room ready 1 hour earlier than published. Ideal location to city centre but room nice and quiet. Will definitely book again.
