Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Irani didn’t like the cleaning service one they i was in the room and i saw they washed the cups of my room in toilet sink with just water and it was disgusting . the room and the bed was smaller than the photos .the breakfast was ok but same every day . the lobby was very simple and it wasn’t coffee machine in the room
the location was good . it was near to 2 metro station .it was near to gran via about 15 mins and there were lots of restaurant and shops near to the hotel about 3 mins . u can walk to every top sight of the city also it war 5 mins to plaza de colon witch u can see the luxury shops as armani or ralph lauren. the cookies and cake of the breakfast was awesome

ArmeniaI didn't like the strage smell that came from room. And didn't like the breakfast. As they offer only egg, beacon mushroom and 1 type or sausages so 4 hot dishes and 20 types of sweets and fruits. So if you don't want to eat cakes in the morning that you sould eat the same egg everyday.
I liked the location. The room size was big compared to average European hotel room. It had big windows. Working space. Big bath.

United Kingdomthere's no room service, I guess it's reflected in the star rating. The pillows were the hardest and biggest I have ever come across. the walls between rooms are very thin. I was able to hear people chatting in the room next to mine.
Location, friendly helpful staff, we stayed in a superior room with a balcony and it was lovely to have a separate living space/tv lounge from the bedroom.

United KingdomI didn't like, as soon I checked in and payed full price of my 5 nights, 200 euros with my credit card and remain 404 euros with my husband debit card, the reception man gave me a receipt and it show paid 200 but total to pay still 404.Of course I asked explanation and gave me the right receipt with the total has been paid.No sorry for his mistake if it was or deliberately did this mistake?Also in the room was a kettle with coffee,tea,camomille,but on second day, no tea or camomille,sugar and on third day, tray was empty,if also I left a note in spanish.Also cups hadn't been washed,with coffee stain on the bottom
Most everythings.The room was big with lot of lights everywhere, nice wardrobe,fridge,iron facility and safety box.The bathroom was also quite big with wonderful shower.Nice mattress with 2 soft comfortable pillows.Breakfast was tasty with two type of hot foods,salami,cheese and lot of cakes,fresh fruits,yogurt.Coffee not the best, only expresso was ok.Location in the city center, near Tribunal metro station and not far from famous Gran Via with shops, restaurants,bars.Most of the reception and breakfast staff very kind.

IndonesiaThe coffee table in the room could be made wider to accommodate more things. The other room that we previously stayed in had a longer / wider table, so we could easily place our things on that table, hence not having things on the bedside table.
The room is very spacious and the room that we stayed in had a balcony. The view is not particularly beautiful, but we got a nice outdoor access for sitting there and enjoy the day at the hotel. The bathroom is spacious and nice, although a nice bathtub would be a plus.

United StatesWent into room and it was very warm, had to open window to let room cool down for each day. The thermostat seemed to be linked to the whole building. Next , the TV, yes we are in Spain but with people coming from around the world to visit I feel that the Tvs should have some sort of smart apps like youtube, netflix, etc. Got some what loud at night due to people partying and everything until about 0600 but that comes with the destination not really a big deal for us but wanted to let everyone else know.
We were greeted by Natalia at the front desk which explained everything to us in detail. A1 Service!! The hotel was in a perfect location close to many shops, restaurants, and bars. All amenities worked pretty well with no issues besides TV.
