Dental kit slippers wasn’t provided I didn’t know until checking out that they won’t bring the stuff unless you ask for it

Had a rental car so I was very comfortable with moving my luggage. l I came to Malaga and Seville& didn’t know the parkings issue they had. So booking a hotel with parking was a priority and the hotel provided that. Keep in mind that you have to ask for toothbrushes pastes slippers etc.. they won’t provide until you ask. Overall great stay. Carlos was great with providing help and information,great guy.

No drinks facilities in the room. Restaurant decoration very plain and colourless. Weather was good and use of the pool would have been a benefit.

The laundry service is so expensive and didn't meet our expectations. The fridge in the room was old and not functioning well. The swimming pool was closed despite the weather being okay.

The room has a big size and comfortable bed. The parking is free and easy to access.

The rooms are a bit dated and the water pressure in the shower was not great. The sockets next to the bed weren’t working so couldn’t get the bedside lamps turned on. It was ok for one night.

I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival. The room was clean and had a huge bed.

Nice hotel in the hills outside the city centre, however reachable with a nice walk of about 5 km. Very quiet area. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Wi-fi working well.

Lovely room with nice outlook. Free parking available. Hotel is in a nice residential area. Hotel is 20 mins or so by bus from the centre of Cordoba. There is a half hourly service from the bottom of the drive which we found very convenient and saved us having to drive to the centre and pay for parking.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

The food at breakfast was great, plenty and good quality with lots of variation. The pool was not available when I travelled. Out of season! Reception staff were helpful and room service quick, hot and very tasty

I thought the staff could have been slightly more welcoming. I thought there was very little information given about meal services so we didn't bother in the end, just went out into the main town for food. The bar and dinning room are slightly hidden, tucked away out of site which made it feel less welcoming

The bed was superb, massive bed, clean and was upset having to come back home to my rubbish bed!. the Aircon was lovely. Pool area was very clean and tidy. The hotel overall was very clean and tidy. Was easy to find too within walking distance of some local amenities. The grounds were very well kept, and the lime trees full of fruit looked beautiful. The black out blinds in the room were fantastic, especially as we were late arrivals so a lie in, in the morning was well needed!

Breakfast was good with a wide choice of foods available. We also had several evening meals in the restaurant which were also excellent - he menu was varied and food nicely presented The room was comfortable and clean. Having a swimming pool in the grounds was a bonus especially after a busy day sightseeing. There was plenty of parking available on site another added bonus. Hotel was well situated and the local bus into Cordoba ran from nearby which saved having to move the car.

Bad smell from the drains that you can feel from the corridor and it gets worse inside the room. The most noisy hotel I have ever been. You can hear (very loudly) the room cleaners and people passing by the room from 7am, so don't expect to rest and relax. You will be awaken much sooner than you wanted.

The beds are perfect (size and comfort) and the pool is really nice!

Choice on the menu for the daytime/evening meals was the same and quite limited. You would get bored very quickly if you were staying more than a few days, although the food was of a good quality.

Perfect location. Outside the town. Bus stop at the bottom of the drive took you into the town every 1/2 an hour Swimming pool was a welcome sight after our siesta. Amazing selection for breakfast. Buffet style, constantly being topped up.

Mini bar wasn't working And it's a bit far from centre, but it was OK as we were only staying for 1 night on our way back to England

Beds were comfortable, the room was spacious enough with a good sized wardrobe. Swimming pool was decent Size, kids enjoyed it, although we checked in late , so they only had 1hr to swim
