We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomGreat location just near the Delicias station. Easy to find next to the VW car showroom. Good walk along the river into the city and also a bus stops close by with a simple 1.50 ticket into the city. Welcoming and friendly staff and the room had been well prepared. They were happy to store luggage during my sightseeing. There is an EXE hotel actually in the station itself but I am glad I chose this one close by.

United StatesNot the hotel's fault, but one cannot 'see' the hotel from the main street or outside the train station, as it is slightly tucked in behind a large apartment building and is adjacent to the huge VW car sales showroom... best to use mapquest or Google directions to locate it..
Very convenient location across the very wide street from the train station.. spotless room, bed and nice to have a large tub/shower combo..room did not feel small, and I had a quiet balcony, no view but nice trees..

No instructions were given, so I followed another car in and thus ended up in a community car park. United KingdomThe staff was not well prepared for foreign guests and couldn’t express themselves freely in English. This was surprising for a 4-star hotel. The bed was supposed to be one large bed, yet we got a twin bed room.
We liked the location which was easy to reach by car. The hotel is well connected to the city centre by public transport. The car parking was easy to locate upon arrival and it was possible to enter without going through reception first.
