The cafè was closed when we arrived and didn't open till 7 the following morning

The location, it was very near the main square. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed.

Great location for the old town, safe parking available for an extra cost .We used one space for two motorbikes for 15 euros per day. Only 25 minutes to the Circuito de Navarra to watch British Super Bikes in April.

Location allowed us to be close to everything but far enough from the noise of busy streets and plazas to ensure a good night’s sleep. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was basic but very clean with extra pillows and blankets as needed. A great value.

For the price paid I would expect the cafeteria or restaurant would be open in the evening. Had to get takeout and eat in my room. Television didn't work

The hotel had a spa, it wad not not, I estimate 100 just warm enough to stay in there. Also if you have a spa or pool, lotion should be offered in the bathroom as chlorine is very drying. I stayed two nights different rooms. The beds were drastically different not uncomfortable but one was differently older and more used. There were no trash can liners and I hate that. Overall all a good place to stay, and friendly team.

The hotel is a little bit noisy because of it’s central covered patio. The parking lift does work only for small cars.

The position is really good, 5 minutes walk from the city center.

The hotel is in a great location along the Camino De Santiago and across from the river. The have a nice spa and sauna that you can use. They offer a buffet breakfast or a small cafe which is very convenient. We were also able to take a short side trip to LaGuardia which was a short bus ride away. Great recommendation from the staff.

I found the hotel quite expensive for what you get. The rooms are nice but quite small and nothing special, tea/coffee making facilities were not there. On one side of the bed there was no socket to charge the phone.

Not much to do in area besides walking to town 8 min walk and eating, drinking & only a bit of shops. The "restaurant" staff was a bit non friendly and seemed upset for some reason, I didn't feel welcomed there. The jacuzzi was not hot. Breakfast was pretty good but not many choices for visitors who don't normally eat a lot of pig meat. Bed was hard, could feel springs, felt sore whole time. The maid staff was either forgetful or lazy, had to pull sheets off bed myself on 3rd day to make sure they got changed, had to ask for towel replacements.

The desk staff was great! Professional, helpful and friendly. The room was a good size, nice view.
