It would have bee superb if you vacuum behind the toilet doors. I know its difficult because they are sliding doors, but just one tiny little room for improvement.

Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Decent buffet. Great pools with clean water. Nothing more to improve!!! Kids pools were amazing. Close to the airport. Very well managed rooms.

Due to the size of the hotel, the staff appeared very rushed. I didn’t feel like the staff’s attitude reflected a 5 star hotel. There was no real time spent explaining things or helping me and my son on our first morning. I felt like an inconvenience asking!

The tiles around the pool were lethal especially if carrying babies. Lots of people around the hotel had injuries it was a bit nerve wrecking. The check in was a bit chaotic you do pre check in then check in then wait for a call to say your room is ready then queue again to check in then waiting for someone to bring you to your room. Overall the hotel is amazing though.

So family friendly lots of nice touches for kids like steps for toddlers in the bathrooms. Great activities for kids. Beautiful rooms. Sea view was stunning. The Asian and steak restaurants were lovely and great choice of salads in the buffet. Really beautiful modern hotel.

Golf del sur didn’t really have much there as a town but the hotels facilities made up for that.

It was very difficult to book one of the three onsite restaurants. They were all fully booked for the duration of our stay. We only managed to get a slot via speaking to the reception Manager, who squeezed us in.

Lots of activities for the kids and adults to do each day. Also had nice room amenities, including free minibar.

Just the location of our room 10 feet from the pool playground. Room 4212. Noisy if you wanted to sit on your balcony during the day but the block itself was lovely and close to the adults only area which was fabulous as we only sat in the adults only area.

The dining hall was noisy, the bar staff were slow serving the drinks, the lady took our order while in the qew but we never got them, my husband had to to back to the bar and re order.

Unfortunately there is no beach and the sea is pretty much inaccessible. Also the wind was always super strong.

We had to wait in queues for key problem, card etc. Not enough staff around. The hotel was lovely but the town is not bad.

Small and quite nit picky thing, but the buffet could have been more varied day to day. Plenty of choices there so never worried that someone in the family might not have a good selection of food to chose from, it's just that over the course of a week there weren't many variables. But as I said, very small thing to consider. Other than that, all great.

Not a cheap stay, but you definitely get what you pay for. Close to the airport but a pretty quiet area, plenty of things for the kids to do, friendly and helpful staff, spotless rooms, facilities and common areas. Lots of choice for food and beverages, great kids club. We were very happy with our choice

A bit disorganised. For a hotel these exclusive we weren’t informed about most of the things correctly. It was pretty empty so I can’t understand why there was so much disorganisation all around, from the front desk to the restaurants to not having the bed we ordered or being told when things were outside of the “all inclusive”. Disappointing

Entertainment staff were amazing, very good with children and very friendly. The shows are very good and in general everyone is super attentive and nice. Definitely good to go with children.

Lovely spacious family suite, very quiet & peaceful & perfectly made bed every day. Everywhere clean & well maintained. Great restaurants and above all friendly, helpful staff in all areas. The food was varied & always beautifully displayed in the buffet restaurant. Lovely pools & facilities for all ages. I enjoyed the yoga and my 3 year old grandson had fun at kids club, the children’s pools & entertainment. We watched a really good show in the theatre & enjoyed the live music in the bar with the best cappuchino! Thank you for my birthday fizz, chocolates & banner - a wonderful surprise, plus the fabulous cake ordered by my daughter-in-law. We loved the comfort & luxury of being looked after so well .
