This hotel is fabulous, from the minute you come thru the front door , the 2 ladies at reception so welcoming and friendly. The hotel oozes chicness, from furniture to wall art just so cool. The hotel staff were 5 star very efficent and super friendly. The room are large, comfy with an amazing balcony with a Seaview. We stayed all inclusive the food was tasty, lots of choice for all meals. Music in the bar a fee of the nights. The location is superb right on the beach and across the road to.the great shops.

I love the beach view from my room. I can see the sunrise every morning from the balcony and that is hard to find at home here in America. The staffs or the servers in the buffet work really hard to clear out your dishes. Thank you so much to the staffs in the kitchen. The foods are great for the price that I paid.

There are no black out curtains it is super bright. People annoyingly reserve loungers. Otherwise amazing.

Parking area was not paved and is muddy when wet. 2 complementary bottles of water were in our room, but one bottle of the same water (no tap water option) was approx. 2 Euros with dinner. Kind of petty to charge for it.

It would be nice to mention, that using the safe for instance will cost you additional money per day. And the Sauna, whirlpool and fitness room are open from later than 8 .... so workout before breakfast is not! For a four star Hotel, I would except a roomier bath, better soap an shampoo and please put a cupboard or at least a chair in there so your guests can put their towels and clothes when they shower.

Our room had a view right to the waterfront, sunrise every morning and the beach from the balcony. The room itself was a bit small but we were not there to stay in the hotel. The beach is right in front of the hotel. The pool is outside, with view to the beach and they have also a bar and party room with view to the beach. The parking lot is closed but outside, so larger cars and vans do fit in. Walk 5min and you reach the train to Barcelona. Walk a minute and you reach shops on the beachfront or 2 minutes and you reach the shops back on the streets of Santa Susana. The Personnel was very nice and always helped out. All in all it is a place to recommend.

We had a room on the top floor with a sea view, unfortunately also overlooking the neighbouring hotel, which was very close to ours, so that we had no privacy on the terrace. Unfortunately in the evenings the loud music from the neighbouring hotels did not allow us to relax in such a cacophony. In addition, a safe service in this class of hotel should be standard in the room price, not an extra charge. The lack of a Netflix / HBO etc function on the TV was also disappointing.

It is a modern hotel with a very interesting interior design. The hotel staff were very helpful. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The hotel offered very tasty breakfasts. It is located right on the beach in the first line of the coast.

Nobody cares if the pool area rules are being followed or not – people reserve sun beds and go to the pool without taking a shower (even in their shirts or with sunscreen still on). During our stay, one of the guests had an incident regarding her sun bed and when she called the manager, he simply didn't care at all – it's his job to care and to solve the issue, one way or the other. In general, the WiFi is very slow and could be improved. If you want to work from the hotel, prepare to get disconnected a lot. Mobile connection in the area is not much better. The bar staff near the pool could be better, especially at night. You will wait for a drink a lot, some guests were leaving, even though there were not too many people at all. The camping area next to the hotel can be a bit noisy, but it's definitely as bad as some other reviews describe it. You will absolutely hear it, but it's not something that would wake us up (and trust me, that's rather easy).

The hotel staff (especially at the restaurant) is amazing and doing a great job. Always smiling, helpful, making you feel great. I also want to mention the cleaning personal who are taking care of the pool area in the mornings. The room we got was exceptional – clean, spacious, and we had a nice ocean view from the top floor, even from the bathroom. Definitely one of the best rooms we've had so far. The pool area is excellent and you can go to the beach without taking your things with you. There's a lot of sun beds (some are better, some "classic"). The pool water is being treated daily, sometimes we saw the "pool guy" even twice a day.
