Excellent location and immaculately clean. Great shower and comfy bed. A really lovely apartment to enjoy the best of València’s fabulous restaurants, park and beautiful buildings. Highly recommend Feten.

Rooms are large and have everything you needed. they were spotless clean and the beds were soo comfy. Couldn’t have been in a better location , we were close to everything

İt was perfectly clean. I stayed in many booking houses or rooms in Valencia. But I have never stayed in a place this clean, tidy and comfortable. I noticed that they even vacuumed the seats. The doors, remote control and windows were clean and there was no dust on any of them, not even on the tables. Many rooms that are generally said to be clean do not look this way. Believe me it is really clean. I congratulate the cleaning staff and the supervising officials. Also congratulations for the furniture and items used. It was a great experience. Superior performance compared to its price and competitors.thank you very much.

Watch your step coming through the front door, I nearly arrived in style 😁

Beautiful modern apartment in the very centre of Valencia old town. Lots of bars and restaurants on our doorstep. We had a beautiful small balcony looking onto the street. Great self catering facilities. Amazing tapas bar next door and bakery for breakfast only 2 minutes away. Great being able to leave luggage as we had a late flight home. Would definitely book again.

Nothing. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and kind. We managed to work out how most things worked!

It's an aparthotel. But it's a 2 minute walk to local bakers and a Carrefour mini-market to get stuff for breakfast or a 5 minute walk down to the Mercat Central, open from 7.30 and absolutely wonderful to buy provisions in alongside the locals. And there's space to eat take-out food and watch a movie on the 4K TV if you just want a Netflix night.

We had water leaking from ceiling first evening (not a few drops but leading to big pools of water on floor). This happened just at the bedtime of our 1 yr old, so timing was also worst possible. Even though a person responded to 24h emergency fast, we were left with a feeling that the whole issue was treated as “normal problem” during the stay and hardly even apologised for. Also our request to change room was left unanswered and we were left to clean up the mess ourselves. The staff in general seemed quite unwilling to help us in any way, merely sitting focused on ipad on check in counter. Cannot help but wonder previous reviews about great service.
