Impeccably clean rooms with refreshments that were re-stocked every day. Very friendly and helpful staff who helped us throughout. Location was perfect as there was no noise in the surrounding areas and perfect location to access beach/restaurants etc.

There was nothing to dislike or complain about, in fact quite the opposite.

We can absolutely recommend booking a suite. It's not much more expensive than the regular room and the benefits are superb. Will definitely go for a suite next time as well.

It was a good experience. Maybe the breakfast can be improved by adding vegetables or different things from one day to another.

The hotel is located close to the beach, restaurants, shops. It looks very nice and modern. The staff is friendly.

The air con didn’t work fully and the room was very hot. The hotel is situated in the heart of tapas alley so very noisy if you keep your window open. But the double glazing soundproof works a treat!! 👌🏻

The staff were amazing. Very welcoming and friendly. The location was excellent. Continental breakfast was very good also. Shower very powerful - washed my long hair a treat.

Location brilliant and being just off main street not too noisy. Breakfast was better than expected fresh bread and pastries. Rooms clean and well equipped for our needs.

Everything is as advertised. Exceptionally clean. Very friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location, tucked away in a side street. We were very impressed with the breakfast and the overall standard for a two star hotel.

The only thing missing for me was a balcony

The location was great, easy access to everything. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. The hotel and our room was extremely clean and fresh. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property 😊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Benidorm for three nights, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Firstly, the hotel's location was fantastic, offering easy access to all the attractions and amenities of Benidorm. Whether it was strolling along the beach or exploring the vibrant city streets, everything was conveniently within reach. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their helpfulness and willingness to assist with any queries or requests truly enhanced my experience. As for the room itself, it was lovely and well-appointed, providing a cozy and inviting space to relax after a day of exploring. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the high quality of the accommodation. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast experience. While it may have been simple, it was absolutely delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to each day of my trip. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the great location and friendly reception staff to the lovely room and delicious breakfast, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a wonderful hotel experience in Benidorm, look no further!

It can be a bit noisy in the day (outside) but this is normal as it is located in the old town.

The location of the hotel is central in the old town. All the staff from Management to the cleaner are fantastic, very helpful and very polite. The rooms and the rest of the hotel are spotless and the beds are very comfortable. The continental breakfast is excellent with a great choice of food.

Warm welcome on arrival. A lovely room with a comfortable bed. Good wardrobe space , mini fridge stocked with water and fizzy drinks . Pleasant breakfast area with a good selection of Continental breakfast food .Excellent location close to bars Restaurants and shops . Very Friendly and helpful staff .

Small thing Wi-Fi code expired at 00:00 on day of departure so could not use and was not checking out til 11:00. Hotel it doesn’t cost anything just extend the pass please. I am sure they would have done if I could have been bothered to go down and ask. Just me being picky 😜

Located perfectly in the old town - central but quiet,. I was greeted with a smile and given clear; brief explanation around Wi-Fi, Breakfast etc. Breakfast was well presented with boiled eggs, pastries, breads, yoghurts, cold meats and cheese, spreads, juices and Nespresso Coffee machine. This along with fresh fruit set me up for the day. Room not massive but ok was comfortable with no view (which may be a problem to some but not me) bathroom with very good shower. Complimentary Water and Sodas in fridge which were replenished during my stay. Pastries and further Coffee/tea facilities located on first floor a nice touch when you return to the hotel. All in all would recommend.
