It was not problematic for us, but people should be aware that planes pass overhead from 06:00 until 24:00.

For us being near the airport was the main criterion, so in that respect the location is excellent. The unit is basic but spacious. What we needed for a short shoulder-season stay was all there.

Change of arrangements after booking to a different property. Key pick up and drop off from hotel in nearby town rather than at property and no sign at property so it was not easy to find (especially in the rain!)

The description of the apartment did not explain that it is directly under the flight path for Alicante airport, so there was a constant stream of aircraft landing every 10 - 15 minutes. This did not bother us but others may not be happy about it. It did stop at night between about 00.30 and 07.00. We spent a few days trying to find the rubbish bins. It was only by reading a former review, that we discovered that you have to take your rubbish out with you in the car and put it in a roadside bin. The nearest one being on the roundabout at the turn off for the Finca. It would have helped if we had been told this when we booked in. Apparently the council will not issue a licence for them to have one on site.

Comfortable apartment at a reasonable price. Nice swimming pool. Good location for exploring the area around Alicante but you do need a car, as it is situated on a farm in the countryside.

We had an early flight from Alicante and this property provided us with a good night's sleep and an excellent accommodation. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. The place is not difficult to find using Google Maps. It is located in a relatively isolated area, 12 minutes' drive to the airport. The car parking has plenty of places, shade under trees; our apartment was about 20 meters away from the car. Wi-fi worked fine. We did not use the facilities, but everything seemed well appointed and looked after. On arrival, we were advised to pick up the keys from the reception of Hotel Areca (about 10 minutes' drive), but process was simple and reception staff very courteous. The property is located on the fly path to Alicante airport - I guess one needs to make their mind whether this suits them, but property and accommodation were excellent and did suit us very well.

The airport is really close and every ploneflying above the apartmant in low altitude so that was really loud.

We had to travel back to another hotel to collect a key and then back in the morning to return the key. It was 01.00 in the morning it had been a very long flight and day. We had not been told about collecting the key. It could have been more organised.

Very quiet and felt secure once we had managed to get inside. Spotlessly clean, everything we could have needed. We only needed the room for 6 hours. Bit of an expensive trip. I would recommend the accommodation it was perfect.

Nothing. Just make sure you have your transport to reach the place from the airport. Same if you are leaving the accommodation, there's no public transport

We were looking for a peaceful quiet place. This was not peaceful. Airplanes were very low as the property is located under the flight path to Alicante Airport. Planes were on final approach and at less than 4000 feet. Flight till about 1.30 am and again at 6am.

The property is nice. The kitchen only has basic equipment. No spoon to stir eggs in a pan. No spatula to lift eggs or something else in a pan. No pincer to lift meat from a pan. The pool area is well equipped with sun loungers. Corkscrew to open wine very basic and hard to use. One with a leaver action would be better. Journey to pick up keys is 15 minutes from the location at a hotel reception. Use Google to get you there.

It's a little inconvenient that you have to pick up the keys in another place. But by car it is not difficult and not far

A cozy place surrounded by gardens and greenery. We stayed for one night with my family. We liked it all. Maybe some people will be disturbed by the proximity to the airport, the planes fly very low over the houses. But for our son it was on the contrary a super bonus 😊

There was nothing to dislike. If I had to be picky, it was a little dark on our way back to our bungalow through the complex but not an issue for us.

Staff at hotel were great on collection of keys - clear instructions on finding apartment which was around 6km’s away. Superb apartment, plenty of parking, beautiful pool, spotlessly clean, water in fridge - couldn’t have asked for more. Fantastic value for money. We stayed 1 night prior to flight but would definitely stay again for longer. Right beneath flight path but I loved watching the aircraft take off and touch down :)

Bed mattresses were very hard. Nobody on hand to check in/out or deal with any problems. Have to check in at hotel approx. 10 mins away.
