The noise isolation is very low. You can hear all the neighbors The toilet was not as clean as i would've like it and nobody came to clean the room in 5 days, despite the cleaning fee of 43 euros

Bathroom door handle was falling off, only 1 small towel each for 4 days. Not enough loo roll. Building work being done and very loud in the morning.

It was lovely clean apartment, close to the Metro station, stores and restaurants. Helpful staff. However, it would have been great if some basic household stuff could be provided. For instance: Oil, washing pods. For short durations like mine, we need to purchase these items which were throw-aways at the end of the two or three day trip

4 coffee pods and 4 sugar sachets was enough for a morning drink but could maybe have been more generous for 4 guests for 3 nights?

Lovely friendly and very helpful staff on reception. Really quiet, you can hear traffic but it doesn't disturb your sleep. Beds were really comfy. Great area generally.

THE AC WAS NOT WORKING IN THE BED ROOMS. THE LIVING ROOM AC WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING PROPERLY. WE STAYED 612 APARTMENT. DONT KNOW ABOUT OTHERS. THE AC WAS WORKING BUT NOT COOLING ENOUGH AS THEY SHOULD OR THE LIVING ROOM ONE WAS DOING.

PRETTY GOOD. RECEPTION PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY. WE KEPT OUR LUGGAGES AFTER CHECK OUT AND WENT FOR A SHORT CITY TOUR.

There could me more pillows, towels and coffee pods. Or a selection of tea bags. Our next door neighbours were very loud. They come back around 2pm and talks very loud in the corridors.

I love that the receptionist are there 24 hours. We borrowed EU sockets at 10pm and also whenever we need advice they are very helpful and friendly.

There was a lack of natural light in the living area and one of the rooms. There was also a lot of noise heard from the neighbours in the bathroom, sounds like they are connected. Of course there is no housekeeping as it’s self contained but there are things to help you clean up.

The property was decently sized with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the bedrooms were a good size also. The kitchen was equipped with what was needed (cutlery, pans, microwave etc) and was easy to navigate. The apartment was modern and beds were comfortable! Check in/out staff were really nice and greeted us in and out. Location was central and metro was about 2-3 mins away.

Apartment was on the 1st floor and quite noisy during the night. Bathroom/bedroom window communications with inner building terrace was quite unpleasant. 16 inch TV was kinda joke, but we were not there to watch TV before all :)

Really communicative location, great, collaborative and flexible registration staff. Easy access to the facility even at midnight with the digital key. Three bedrooms really comfortable and nice set up + decent kitchen equipment.

They gave lack of towels. Even when I asked more towels. They didnt. That is why i asked them once more.. And the apartment wasnt clean. Our feet are dirty from the floor...

The location is good. You can take any public transportation in a few minutes.

There is no natural light in the living room.

Staff is realy great! They responded quickly and also you can leave your luggage anytime, they have reception. Beds are quite comfortable.

The bathroom was a bit tired and could use some updates. The water was leaking from the shower into the floor. Though, it was still clean and functional, so it didn't detract too much from the overall experience. The shower had good water pressure, and there were plenty of fluffy towels provided.

We were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, who made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with housekeeping doing an excellent job of keeping everything in order.
