Walls were a bit thin, but it wasn't really an issue as you just heard people going about their day. No disrespect or late parties, so was quite comfortable with it to be honest

It was spacious, had an amazing balcony and felt safe. The beds were incredibly comfortable too. Would definitely go back

The comfort of the bed was not that very nice. We woke up with a back pain in the morning, but that was the only thing we didn't like about the appartment.

The location was good. Close to a main street with lots of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, public transport (everything you need for a stay). The appartment was perfect for the use we had for it. The kitchen had all the basic necessities. It was also not so far away from the beach area (15-20 minutes walk) and 20 minutes ride to the Center of Valencia (we also walked it a couple of times and it took us 40-50 minutes). The bathroom is small, but it has what you need!

The sight from the window is not that good because it cannot see the outside of the building but the part of the building itself, like a wall or something. But it doesn't really disturb.

Quietness and convenience at the same time. It lies near bus stations, about 2 blocks away within 10 minutes walking. A quiet neighborhood enables sound sleep at night. The kitchen is well cleaned and ready to be used. Marta was very friendly when handing over the keys and was warm-hearted to answer all the questions we had.

Smell around the area. It's located by the marine so it is understandable. Spanish streets and dog poo💩🤔🙄

The toilet is located in a very odd direction in the bathroom that makes it difficult to use.

Location was awesome. We were in town for the Fallas and were so close to a ton of them. We felt more like locals than tourists

Very noisy neighbors and very thin walls through which everything could be heard.

Good location, close to the metro. Nice design and good access to the beach.

Review for the one bedroom appartment/studio: - No view only white walls (one with milk glas) - Tiny space on the toilet, need to sit from the side - Extra pay of 30€ for arriving after 8pm - No coffee, oil, salt or pepper nor washing powder for the washing mashine, cutting board was also missing - One key - Main door is hard to get in

We could not find and missed extra blanket and sheets en two rooms. I was worried about the return back of my money to the bank card.

We could use some salt and sugar. Also, a coffee machine would have been great to have. The toilet paper was insufficient for four people and we had to buy it when we ran out of it.

Location was very close to public transport (the bus and metro are minutes away). There are also grocery store in the area and many restaurants. Pretty close to the beach, either by bus or by foot (25 minutes distance).

No oil or salt in the kitchen (although it was otherwise very well stocked). Adding this simple thing would really help improve the value of the space.

We loved the staff: they were very helpful and prompt with any questions we had. It may be helpful to know the washer is very tiny, in case you have a lot of laundry.

The sofa was very uncomfortable.

The staff were very helpful and efficient and came to meet us with the keys very quickly. The flat was quiet and had everything we needed for a short stay.

There was no coffee machine, like a Nespresso machine there was a mocha coffee maker and that is not everyone's thing. The Wifi wasn't so strong either. The house was a little bit to small for a family of 4

The shower head looked old to me, nothing else further

The service was excellent. Someone will meet you, some formal stuff, and after giving you the keys to the apartment. It was that easy.

A few things still to improve possibly, which I also mentioned upon checkout: somehow the timer they installed for the fridge worked not well, which sometimes caused the fridge stop working for a period of time, this was not OK. There would be good to have not only one equipment for drying the clothes, but two (for this amount of people, 5-7, one is just too less). There were 2 stand-fans as well, which were also good, but quite used ones, not operatef that well and quiet, so, would be better to replace them. Walls are probably quite narrow, sometimes you can really hear the neighbours, if they are louder, but this is general in Spain, I guess.

The appartment is located near to beach, has a modern and unique design, which we really liked. Maritim metro station is in walking distance, as well as the modern/futuristic buildings of the Opera/Museum and Oceanographic. Closest grocery and vegetable shop is only 100-150 m distance. This largest one (in that building) has 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with single bed and a salon with kitchen where 2-3 people (especially kids) can sleep. 2 bathrooms (one is quite small, for big people not that convenient), one room with a secondary sink and place for drying the clothes. 2* air-conditioning, very good, 1* washing machine (we have not used it), oven (worked OK) and the plate for frying/cooking (worked OK). Kitchen is very well equiped, we really liked it. Our one week was really fine here, I really recommend this place; for this price it is very good choice!

There was a strange smell in the single bedroom.

We've found out that Valencia has a problem with thin walls, so you can hear your neighbors in a lot of occasions. That's for all buildings, not just this one. Fortunately, in the penthouse that wasn't an issue as we were a bit more separated.

Great staff, very friendly. Accommodated all our requests. We were upgraded to the penthouse because we had a long stay. Beds are comfortable, location is good, neighborhood is quiet. Great terrace.

Very thin walls we could hear conversations happening in the hallway/other rooms however luckily we did not have noisy neighbours. On the evening of the first day we noticed a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom which was extremely unpleasant, however the smell diminished after running shower water. Also, the positioning of the toilet is ridiculous and uncomfortable as there is not much leg room.

The location was close to public transport into the city centre and also a 15-20 minute walk to the beach! Lots of supermarkets nearby that were super handy! The studio apartment was very clean & well equipped with kitchen utensils, iron, heater/air conditioner etc The staff were very friendly & gave prompt replies!
