The room was okay, but the price for it was way too high, even considering the festival of "Las Fallas", it was too much. We had to pay for the whole breakfast package even though we only had two coffees, which was really bad, it tasted more like a chocolate rather than a coffee. The other facilities were not as expected, for example, there were no power supplies. Only one in the bathroom and an other one on the wall at 2 meters from the floor..not very confortable. Last but not least, there was no conditioned air, either hot or cold..Absurd!

We liked the position which was really strategic, the room was cute but nothing special. The staff of the hotel was kind and available.

The air-conditioning in the room was a bit dusty and needs to be cleaned.

Easy access to city centre, lot of cafes nearby, room was ok, able store your bags/luggage in hotel when traveling around so your items are not lost and able to travel freely.

Considering it’s in the heart of the city, it’s a little noisy from outside but the windows are kind of soundproof. This can be a problem (my case) because the air conditioning wasn’t working. I’d seen a few comments regarding thin walls and hadn’t payed enough attention - so trust them! I could hear all the conversation, flushing and etc from the other rooms. The shower head holder was broken so, besides having to shower whilst holding the thing, you’d have to wrap the whole hose around the faucet. The bathtub was a little “peeled” around the drain so we were a little aware not to cut ourselves. There was also only one outlet in the whole room so make sure to have enough battery on your phone.

It’s very central so you have a very easy access to every touristic point - and the whole old centre; as well as metro stations if needed. Also the front desk guy who worked in the two mornings of my booking was extremely polite and receptive! The breakfast was very cheap but there weren’t event cheese but for the price I think it was fair.

Its fine for one or two nights but these types of conversions are starting to show their age and its starting to look very tired.

It was too nosy, you can hear the neighbours in other rooms. In addition, it would be nice if breakfast includes something not sweet. In general, it is ok, but if you stay with a child, it should be something more useful also.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very comfortable to get everywhere. The hotel is clean and in general comfortable. It was great to have a special bed for the child.

There was an unpleasant incident on my last night and I think staff should have done something about it, when I reported it in the morning, the receptionist didn't acknowledge my concern, nor did he seem shocked maybe it's something they deal with quite often. Apparently one of the guests decided to shout out his joy on the corridors in the dead of the night. HIs voice was a bit harsh, and there was another one trying to calm him down. It did not work and the next morning, to my surprise, everything was quiet. Apart from this, I liked everything. Except the elevator, too small and creepy.

Obviously location is the best, right in the centre and very close to metro stop Xativa. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby as well. Couldn't have asked for more.

The tiny lift is a bit of a problem as you can only fit two people in it, so if there are a few people wanting to go up at the same time, you have no other option but to wait your turn. I was also disappointed with the size of the single bed. I normally travel with my partner and we get a nice bed, but last time I travelled on my own and for someone of my size (6"2, or 188 centimetres) it was very very small and my feet stuck out. However, I normally always travel with my partner. But next time I travel on my own, I will choose a different hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed there, and I am staying again next week. What I love about it is the location. You couldn't get closer to the main square (Plaça de l'Ajuntament). That's the main advantage.

Breakfast wasn't great, not worth 5 euros. Did not like the fact it was served on small metal trays or that the topping were limited. No hot food options. Staff member was pleasant though.

Beds were comfy, room cleaned well every day and walking distance from centre of city. Good value for a 2 star hotel and staff helped us when we needed a UK charger for our phones! Also good to have a reception staff member always on hand.

There was only one plug socket, close to the entry door, not by the bedside.

Location. Located near to the historical places. Walk distance to a local market and the underground (airport). Noise. Unfortunately, due to the building type, you can hear your neighbours. Luckily I stayed in room 205 windows faced walls, not Street. It was not the busy, low season, so I slept well. Single beds. I find it comfy to sleep on one of the.. stayed for one night only. Extra duvet provided. Air conditioner/heating provided. Shower. Good water pressure, shampoo, soap and gel provided. Might need better cleaning. In My opinion, the hotel is doing its best. Don't expect a highly modern design. The walls and the ceiling might look old, but the price was OK. If you are not looking for something fancy it's a good place to stay for a one-2 nights for sure.I will come back for sure.
