Location is excellent very close to Town Hall Square and the rest of the old town with plenty of buses also close to Metro Xativa on direct line to the airport.There are lots of cafes and restaurants in a short walking distance.

The biggest problem is the noise. You can hear everything and it is hard to sleep. For the other facilities, I didn't expected much as it is a cheap location in the city centre but the noise is really a problem Another big problem is that only one socket was working and you had to take turns charging your devices and the placement is bad, not near the bed

The room was very small and the bathroom too narrow. There was noise from the corridor and from the neighboring rooms.

I didn't have breakfast included. The location is very good and convenient. Close to the train station and the city center as well as the metro station. Good WiFi.

Have to hand in the key everytime you leave the hotel, which I didn’t like that much. And no plug for charging next to the bed.

Lift broke down during my short stay, I don't know how often it happens but be aware you may have to go up and down the narrow stairs. No water offered in the bedroom. Very few options for food and drinks offered at the vending machine.

Great location at a reasonable price. Facilities are clean and well kept, although not like shown in pictures. Easy access in central Valencia. Staff always available.

The pilows not comfortable at all. All the time the toilet smells bed because of the old tubes of the building. You hear everything from the other rooms even if they did cough. You also hear the lift up and down with doors closing plus the early morning when they start cleaning with the vaccum.

They do clean daily the room and change the covers and towels. Friendly stuff. Perfect location. Is central. Good price for what they do offer and for the location and hygiene.

We didn't remember how noisy the hotel is and how small the bedroom was. Also finding a place to charge our appliances (either on the floor or high on a wall...). On the other hand the price of the room for the night was very good. Maye we're spoilt and have outgrown this kind of accomodation

Location of this hotel is superb, Walking distance from all the main sightseeing and restaurants etc. We have stayed at this hotel before because of the location. The satff are friendly and you can leave your luggage whilst going out and waiting for the room to be ready.

The walls were paper thin and I couldn't sleep at night my neighbours were so loud. Then when everyone started to wake up i could hear the whole hotel moving around.

It was right in the center. We got clean towels every day, and everyone was very helpful.

Wondering about green sustainability, did they need to wash the towels etc every day? Table in room slightly worn. Breakfast quite sweet ! Lots of packaging. A tad impersonal,but it's a big city hotel. Wifi didn't quite reach my room properly, had to sit by open door!

Room very basic - Only 1 plug socket in room and not near bed. Lift out of use which would be problem if anyone staying on 5th floor (as we were) and had mobility issues It was a room reflective of the price

There was no choice of food during breakfast and it was low quality. I also didn’t like the noise at night as I the neighbours made a noise every second night.

The room, however, was disappointing. It was none of the rooms showed on the pictures, it was very small (although it had a closet for storage) and the bathroom was also very small and in need of renovation (i didn't even think they made bathtubs that small). The window was to a shady looking inner courtyard and the walls were paper thin. I think that was the biggest downpoint. You could hear everything on the other rooms. The TVs, the door opening, the water running, the phonecalls and conversations, the loud rumble of just opening the window. This together with the size and look of the room made us actually leave 1 night earlier (we booked another accomodation elsewhere for the last night). I wish I had nicer things to say about this stay. If you don't mind so much about the room itself, it has a great location and good price.

The hotel's location is great, just a few minutes from the Xátiva Station (metro to the airport) and near Plaza del Ayuntamiento nt the city center. The staff was nice and spoke english and it was a good price vs. location option.

A bit noisy from the street

Location perfect. Mercat Central 5-min walk from the hotel. The room was cleaned every day. We could leave the luggage after we had checked out waiting for the plane
