We missed certain amenities in the house. For example, in the bathroom, there was only soap, the kitchen was missing maybe the basics like a bottle of water, coffee or tea. The house was packed perfectly with clean towels, electronics, blankets, pillows, etc. But it was the small details that we missed.

The kitchen could at times be a bit tricky to cook in as there was limited counter space and once one person was there it you couldn't really fit another. It would be an idea to extend the counter space under the stairs so you could at least use this currently empty space for food preparation. It would be helpful to have additional kitchen items also - there was no colander for draining pasta. Limited cutlery so perhaps adding another set. A tea towel for drying plates would have been very welcome. A bowl for fruit would have been great also especially as the local produce is really exceptional. Best nectarines I've ever tasted! Some coathooks at the entrance would be helpful and also dimmers on main lights as it was either dark or very bright with no in between. This didn't detract from our stay but were things we noticed could enhance the use of space.

We stayed in Apt 2B for a week - initially 3 of us then my husband joined for a couple of days. It is a split level flat with the top floor being in the roof having an en suite and pretty views of the river. The lower floor has everything else and overall it is of a good size for a holiday. We found the flat to be very light and airy and comfortable. The beds were really good and the terrace is an absolute gem as you have lovely views and also it's a real sun trap. They have kindly provided a table and chairs with parasol if needed. Accessing the flat was fairly straightforward with a code for the lock box and I must say our contact Maria was absolutely wonderful and so polite and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and this just enhanced our stay even further. 5* for Maria and the cleaning staff who came twice during our stay. Initially I wasn't sure about the location as I had only stayed lower down by the sea previously. We found the area to be really good after getting to know it and loved the local park and also the food market which we visited a few times. The walk to the sea was actually pleasant and it gave us a good amount of exercise coming back up the hill. The basement of the building has washing and drying machines so you can easily access if needed and they even provided umbrellas in the entrance for guests which when in Galicia you need as the weather changes on an hourly basis ! We would definitely return to stay here!

The sofa in the sitting room was uncomfortable. I guess it’s a sofa bed and I’ve not seen a sofa bed that is either good to sleep on or sit on. The fellow neighbours upstairs, other travellers, had a child running around and moving furniture until 11:30 at night. I think all the apartments in the building are for travellers, could the owners of the rooms upstairs be asked to keep the noise down?

Absolutely nowhere to park in Santa Cristina. Garage down short very steep slope. We were not used to the car we hired. Probably no problem I'd we had been given the small car we hired and not the rather large one we ended up with.

Location was quiet. Parking in underground garage at the property. Walkable (if you don't mind hills and are reasonably fit. Downhill easy. Uphill not so much fun😂) to Santa Cristina. Useful supermarket very close by. No need to get the car out to buy a few bits)

A beatifull apartment with all you need. Everything was perfect. 2 super bathrooms, nice kitchen and a terrasse with view over the quiet district. Free parking in the basement with elavator to the apartement makes this place perfekt. Book it, when you see it.
