Steps leading to bedroom & bathroom very steep & small. Inside the building looked a bit shabby, but once you were inside apartment, it was clean & modern

The sofa bed was leather instead of fabric, a bit uncomfortable when sleeping. Bathroom was in 2nd floor. Had to climb one floor everytime need to go toilet

Some tea or coffee would have been nice. We weren’t sent check in details until just before check in time which I found quite stressful, as you usually get them in the morning, so I thought they’d forgotten. Clearer communication here would have been better.

The door scrapes the floor when you open it. But it's not crucial.

The apartment is located in an amazing place. There are a lot of shops, cafes and places to walk. There is everything that one may need in the apartment. We enjoyed staying there and will definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

It says there is a coffee machine, but there isn't. Moka pot is not a coffee machine. Also there are not enough cleaning tools (vacuum cleaner, etc.). Also, there is nothing extra in the kitchen and refrigerator. And the apartment is far from aesthetic. There is neither a painting nor a colorful seating area etc. Nothing has been done to improve the flat.

The message about the key location was sent one hour prior to the check in time. As I arrived from the UK, I did not have a mobile roaming internet connection to view this message. Because my wife had mobile roaming, I could finally get the message.The message was in Spanish, I had to use Google translate to understand it. Once we understood the message, everything else from that time onwards was very smooth.

We had everything we needed as a family to sleep,prepare food ,get ready and explore the city.

It felt a little barren. Not much to the “comforts” of the place. Towels and linens were very thin and not comfortable.

The apartment has two floors. First of all, there are no cloth hangers or cupboards on the first floor. So when you enter, you actually take up everything to the second floor. Quite illogical. 😐 Not much storage place on the second floor. A little cupboard and few hangers . Washing machine but no detergent provided. Toilet upstairs, so every time you have to climb narrow stairs for reaching it. It was ok for us, but definitely a minus for old people or little children if they slept downstairs and wanted to go by themselves at night. It is very noisy sometimes as there are lots of shops outside. As mentioned by fellow travelers, no basic ingredients can be found in the kitchen. For example, we left our bottle of oil, and similarly, sugar, salt, or spices left by others could be kept for others to use. Recommendation would be : at least a cupboard and cloth hooks on the wall/door on the first floor. Really would be nice

The location was great. Uber comes at the doorstep almost. We went on daytrips every day. Lots and lots of options for going crazy with shopping ( for people who enjoy it). The kitchen was fully equipped ( gas top, utensils, fridge, oven, and microwave). Two single beds, one sofa cum bed was provided for a family of four. Linens were clean. Towels were clean. Hot water every time was a plus point. No staff present, but communication through booking.com was really easy. We enjoyed our stay.🙂
