You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

I had asked a twin bed room and had received an OK. But the room we got was a 2 bed room. However this was rather quickly corrected and we got the most beautiful room (304) with a great view on the castle. There is a very good restaurant in the hotel. It opens at 19 hours, which, for Spain, is early. The breakfast was also good. A genuine waiter would have probably even made eggs, but we were satisfied with was right there.

United KingdomThere are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, but this seems to be the norm in Spain, so be prepared and pack a small kettle if you like your cuppa first thing on morning.
Very clean, comfortable, large, spacious room. Staff were welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful, even though they had very little English. Just be prepared to use Google translate, or learn a few basic Spanish phrases. After all, you are in Spain! All you can eat continental breakfast included. And apparently, an excellent restaurant, although we didn't use it. Toiletries are provided, even a toothbrush and small tube of toothpaste! We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel before. The hotel is clean, modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves traditional Spanish food and has a great selection of wines also The COVID measure are good and thought through. Note; This is not a package holiday type hotel.

United KingdomA bit of a struggle to get tea at breakfast and poor choice of cereal. The yoghurt was not kept in a fridge or cooler and was a bit off. The shower was too high up and not powerful enough. One of the bedside lights did not work.
