Great location and very nice staff. The bathrooms are clean. There is a kitchen with facilities to cook. I really liked it.

The air condition was a bit to low when the box is closed but there was an airflow in the box. Also when 2 people sleep upstairs it didn’t felt really safe inside. I used a new towel from the carpet and it was stinky. The bathroom in the room was a bit dirty and the toilet was sometimes clogged with paper. It was a bit noizy but not more then in other hostels

This was just personal preference but some people brought young children and even babies here, which was just unexpected. They weren’t too much trouble, they were sometimes loud in the night but everyone was relatively respectful.

Great location, everything was within a short walking distance and the place was kept very clean. Facilities were great, everything was super modern and almost brand new. The staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble, there was always someone around if you needed help with keycards etc.

The capsules are not soundproof, so you either pay for some earplugs or hear everything that happens in the room. You have to crawl to get in and out of the capsule, and the mattress is not so comfortable, so it might not be the best choice for older people or if you have a conditions. In terms of cleanness, I would recommend changing the sponges more often. Besides that, I'm satisfied with my stay and will go back for sure!

The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful! The facilities are clean and organized and have everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, it has all the amenities nearby.

Personally, I like my own space at times, thought would be ok but when it comes to evening time I like to relax in my own space. The lounge/kitchen had others which is fine but I can’t relax around people I don’t know. It was impossible to sit in your pod no room to move

There were some things we thought could be better. The headphone cables were too short and the quality of the sound was quite bad. So we had to sit really close to each other. TV also didn't work smoothly -we had to click buttons a few times before it received the single. Improving these could definitely have a huge positive impact on the experience!

It definitely is a different experience! We really enjoyed the capsule and the atmosphere. We were also able to play one of our favourite games in the lobby and have a relaxed night before we head back. It was overall a great experience! Everything is thought of with a futuristic mindset. The capsules are quite comfortable and quiet. Facilities were clean (probably one of the cleanest hostels I've ever been to). The staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful. We were only there for a night, but would definitely go back in the future!

When are you in the pot You can hear everything and everyone around, every movement even in late hours.

I like the bathroom, the variation of the body wash and shampoo. I like the location cleaners organisation and it was comfortable.

The breakfast didn’t seem so inviting to me (few options for that price). I went in the nearby cafes, such as Maru.

I liked the idea of a hostel and shared facilities, but with the privacy that individual capsules provide. The capsule is large and perfect for one person (for 2 it would be a bit small if you stay more days). The shared facilities are functional and clean, the shared bathroom is large with smart wc and mirror (cool!). You can also watch Netflix in bed (have a bit of patience with loading).The staff was super friendly and satisfied my needs like extra blanket and luggage storing. The position is very good if you like to stay near the sea, and still not very far from the city centre.

I didn't like that the cleaning woke me up every morning, so no chance of sleeping in! The boxes are not near sound proof and I even slept with earplugs. My tv and non of the tech in my box worked. Rooms are mixed gender, I would have liked an opportunity to choose myself. There's only 1 toilet or you have to go to the other shared ones down the hallway.

I like that the place is clean and feels safe. Staff was friendly. There's a nice lounge area and it's fairly close (15min walk) to the city centre and very close to the beach. I liked the tech toilet etc. I rated the place 8 as it's good value

Sufficient bathrooms and showers for the number of pods. Good size common room with access to watercooker, microwave and fridge. Bathrooms and common area's cleaned very frequently. Staff welcoming and friendly. It was the first time for me staying in a capsule hotel, and it was a very good experience.
