The 2 lifts are very small. 2 people with 2 cases is all they can hold. However, it wasn't a problem out of season in January.

Our room was very clean with a lovely comfy bed. There was a very wide variety of food. Breakfast every morning included English sausages, baked beans and eggs. Over our 5 days we were served roast chicken, grilled chicken, braised beef, grilled pork, pork chops, paella, meatballs, king prawns, a variety of fish and a good choice of potatoes, veg and salad. Everything we ate was very nice. The desserts were pretty standard, various cakes, yogurts and fresh melon and pineapple slices were served every lunch and evening. Drinks in the dining room were reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Nice hotel, staff were all lovely and very helpful. Facilities were good, the rooms had large balconies and the TV in the room had some english channels to watch. Breakfast had lots of choice as its buffet style. We used the car park which is located in another hotel which was only 2 minutes away but not a problem at all.

breakfast was nice but could of been improved with nicer quality meat products and hotter. Still perfectly fine. It was up a hill which some people may not prefer Could be a better wine selection, but again it was ok

Hotel room were cleaned everyday, fresh towels provided. Hotel was a little out of the way for main bars and strip so would suit people who like that. There are plenty of shops and restaurants local to the hotel.

We were B@B so I can only comment on the breakfast, which was cold every morning, the fried eggs were curing at the ends and the yolks were hard, tinned fruit is not what I expected. The toilet paper was very thin meaning that you used more. The entertainment at night was awful.

The staff were very helpful, the rooms are cleaned daily, the hotel is in a great location not too far from the beach and near the shops and bars. There are two pools at the hotel one that is in sun the other in shade which is fabulous for the summer heat. The water pressure was fantastic.

Smoke alarm going off at 6.30am but no call to explain error. Car parking not accessible at times thru hotel. Bathroom very tired and insufficient lighting for makeup. Twin beds pushed together not double bed and bedding.

Really don't know where they found the coffee it was not drinkable and the juice was no better. Jam was like sauce. But plenty of choice normal type buffet breakfast

Very clean nicely decorated. The reception staff were very helpful we arrived with our friends and they asked if we would like to be on the same floor they put us next to each other which was lovely

Hotel took payment for our room twice which nearly sent our bank account overdrawn. Payment was taken twice on the Thursday we arrived and one payment was payed back into our account the following day, but this did not appear in our account u till the Monday evening we got home. Our holiday was therefore spoilt due to the stress of "hoping" the overpayment was payed back into our account. The hotel is more of a 3 star than a 4,food was OK but the presentation and serving dishes were very poor and quite often the food was cold.

Although the room refurbishments were lovely, we found the two chairs and high table inconvenient and pointless. Also, some draws would have been good to store smaller items

Food was amazing and hugely improved from 2 years ago. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms had undergone refurbishment and were lovely. Plenty of sun beds and parasols.

Was not a problem for our group but a 10/15 min walk to the front so may be an issue for some who need to consider mobility.
