No British TV stations if you wanted I night in the room. Asked at the reception, they said it was a problem with the receiver but was told by someone else who was there 4 weeks ago it's been like that for a wee while

Rooms old and out of date. Very noisy from neighbours and corridors . Bathroom chipped tiles and out dated. No fridge. Very small poor quality tv. Odd bulbes in lights strange red heat bulb in bathroom. Beds not fixed together . No duvet only old blankets Breakfast cold.

Very noisy hotel ( no sound proofing) I could hear next door snoring!!! I stayed in dec , good knows how loud it gets in height of season !!

We were on b&b and the breakfast was very disappointing. There was a wide choice of food, but the quality was really poor. The coffee was horrible, the eggs were overcooked, the pastries were tasteless and the jam was more like syrup. There wasn't even any real orange juice, just squash - despite the oranges hanging from the trees all over this region!

The staff were all nice and welcoming and helpful, the room was freshly decorated and very clean and had everything we needed.

I want to put in a complaint and claim some money back. The room want wheelchair accessable I couldn't Cees the bathroom or get into the room. It took from 1pm to 830pm to sort something out so we had to move hotels so we lost a day even though I'd spoke to the hotel on several occasions via email explain I needed a wet room and wheelchair Ccessable room due to me being a wheelvhair they guaranteed I'd have thus the Friday before flying Ll of this meant my autistic 28 year old son was left alone at the hotel as they wouldn't move him he was totally alone so he wouldn't eat. The hotel promised we could go there to eat and be around my son when we went they refused us. It was an expensive holiday and a stressful one. I want to put a huge complaint in and get some money back as we didn't get what we booked or paid for it's unacceptable

Poor food on all inclusive, had to eat out most days to avoid the low standard of food, the all inclusive was probably ok for the alcohol, but staff were rude, and they had a rubbish token system for getting drinks.

The pools are far too cold to go in, there was no entertainment for children. Far too many stag/hen groups allowed making lots of noise throughout early hours.

The breakfast was everything you needed and more. The location was perfect.

Very clean hotel. Food was good and hot, the staff were constantly making sure food hadn't run out, plenty to choose from. Good breakfast serving black pudding. Their soups were amazing, nice selection of deserts on offer too. All staff members appear happy and really friendly. 2 pools on different levels, both very well looked after. very close to the nightlife (3 min walk). strip not too far away if that's your thing.

The only thing I would complain about is the food it was cold we only had breakfast but eggs, bacon etc was not hot this really needs to be addressed as alot of people will stop going

Just there for the night to visit the Benidorm Palace. Looked for a cheap hotel and so arrived at Gala Hotel.
