Our room was quite small and it was difficult for us to get in and out of the shower, we found that the balcony outside was extremely close to the other guests balcony so we did not feel we could sit out there. The air conditioner was so noisy we had to keep turning it off and had problems sleeping in the heat. Even though I have stayed at other Amic hotels in Mallorca i could not access the internet, we did go to reception for help but he was unable to help us access the internet so we never got to use it.

The hotel is in an excellent location near to the beach, shops and restaurant, we could take public transport to Palma from close to the hotel. The breakfast was really good and we could eat in the garden, we also had use of the swimming pool in the other Amic hotel across the road

A bit far from historic canter though, but goes sea side walking/ bike road through all city.

Location close from airport...there is even walking path to reach airport by walk (aprox.30min.) Nice, safe, live location with restaurants near. Amazing breakfast with many options for every taste.

My room was facing the street, so it was noisy and I could not close the window completely. But fortunately I had earplugs.

24 h reception with polite receptionist, room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast better than at 4* hotels in Palma. Great value for money.

Electric kettle was leaking a little and from the shower water splashes in different directions. There are not big problems, of course, but it would better to fix it.

Nice location, separate bedroom. Little kitchen and two balconies. Facilities in kitchen also was nice. The price was really nice)))

Airconditions outside worked extremely loud.

Very good location, just 5 minutes from the airport, very nice breaksfast. We evaluate that it is perfect place if you want to stay close both to Palma and the airport. Besides there are plenty of places to eat such as restaurant and fast food. Beach is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel

Husband didn't like the mattress , too soft for him and the bed base was very old. Towels need chaging they are very old and hash on the skin.

Staff is really really nice, especially 2 ladies from restaurant, unfortunately i don't know their names. Food is good, plenty of choices for breakfast and best pastries ever. Great for lunch and dinner but not the best if you are vegetarian, but there was always a fish option. Hotel is very close to the beach.Late check in so is perfect if you have a late flight and its like 10 min by taxi or bus from the airport. We also had a partial sea view which I was really happy about.

The bed had some questionable stains, but the sheets were clean. All expectations were met.

Hotel offered a wide-ranging breakfast. Hotel reception was nice and transparent. Location was excellent if you arrive at evening/night by plane. The beach is just around the corner.
