Our room was next to a busy street so it was impossible to keep the windows open at night because of the noise.

As I said its looking a little tied re decoration etc but is fine for a one night stay. Would I have wanted to do a longer stay? Properly not, but I think there are better rooms than the one we stayed in. A hotel I would say you need to check out and see pictures of the room you likely should expect.

Check-in was a long process. Room walls a bit thin - we were woken with our next door neighbours playing "girls just wanna have fun" after midnight!

Well priced hotel that "did what it said on the tin" . Clean rooms (in need of a bit of updating) nice bedding. AC. Fridge. Balcony Great Breakfast. Well positioned.

The hotel is located 30' more or less from palma center,only with a bus. It's a good option if you want to save money. The staff was very helpful and talkative and also the rooms, even though basic, they were clean and organised. The breakfast was good with lots of options and everyone was very polite! I recommend it as a simple yet comfortable option of spending your time next to Palma!

Room 228, has restaurant terrace right outside. Whilst the airport bus might be close to hand, it is no good if you have an early flight

The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment we stepped into the hotel right up until we needed a taxi to the airport for our flight back. The room was spotless when we arrived and the bed was comfortable. Everything was exactly as we needed it.

The Wi-Fi might aswell not have it, it doesnt work properly it's very weak. The showering was a new mission impossible movie each time the temperature of the water is unstable in 5 seconds it goes from africa to antarctica. Everything else amazing :)

The only thing negative I can think of is that the view from the balcony is a ragged, unkept, garbage riddled inner courtyard. But we realized that we got what was leftover because we only booked hours before arriving to the hotel

We liked pretty well everything. From the buffets to the pool, everything was more than acceptable. It' about half a block from the waterfront promenade.

Check-in procedures were a mess. Also quite noisy at night, as the building is old and not very good noise insulation.

Very comfortable and large room, they accommodated our third kid very nicely :) Early departure was not an issue as there is always someone at the reception ready to call a taxi for you. Perfectly convenient hotel for getting to the airport, but also nice village on the seaside with many nice restaurants around.

Very helpful and courteous staff. I had a nice welcoming note from the Hotel. It was informative and included local transport links and bus numbers. Cost of taxis etc. I wish other hotels were as efficient and helpful. Check in and out was seamless. This is a happy well run business. I liked the location which is peaceful and appreciated that we could use their sister Hotel's pool.

At the street side, it was quite noisy. Also the bathroom was quite small and had an old bath, but no show stopper...

Staff was very kind. The room was quite large and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really huge, lots of choices, and in the evening the restaurant served a buffet dinner for only 15 euro (including a drink)! At about 300m from the hotel, you could take the bus to Palma, and the beach was just about 200m.

staff in dining area often did not understand English which made it difficult when asking questions regarding food on offer, but it was only a minor issue. hotel quiet, so not all facilities were open.

No hot shower for two days, parking is a struggle even in the off season. Bed is oke but not that sturdy. No water cooker or other facilities in room btw local shops sell travel cookers
