Extremely thin walls, had 2 nights of listening to next doors loud love making all night!! I would recommend ear plugs!!

We didn't have any hot water. The hotel tried to fix it but it didn't work, so we went to the next room for a shower, however the water was extremely hot!

The location was great. The beach opposite was beautiful.

I wish the door in my room locked properly and the bathroom had a door, and a vent/ like an extractor fan. Clean towels...

Check -in was fine even though I arrived later in the night 9 pm onwards 24 hours. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. If you speak spanish - I think you will get more out of staff . Apparently they speak French as well according to some reviews. English is fine too. The room was very clean, no insects, clearly refurbished recently. Bathroom was cleanish. No mould. Theres a TV .- its watchable.. And you can pick your own toilet roll if you run out from the hallway :). Cleaning staff are freindly. Beds are cosy. If you step out of the hotel there are tourist shops littering the street, plenty of hotels to eat at. Places to eat at 5 to 10 mins walk away , a literal bakery in front of the hotel. A bank down the road. 5 mins if you walk straight out of the front door is the beachfront. there is alo a load of Spar's ... I shopped there very regularly for snacks and water. One in front of the hotel, you have supplies readily available ! Checkout is 24 hour as well, which is great if you have an early flight in the wee hours (3am) . Word of warning ,the alarm will sound . If I went ever back to Can Picafort , I would stay there again. (For clarity took no pics or a video apparently of my room although I'm sure I filmed one, in the family Whatsapp chat...

No bathroom door we were supposed to have 2 twin beds but ended up as a double so I had to sleep with my grownup daughter the room was basic needed fridge and kettle

We missed the air-condition, on a hot summer day that is necessary, the air fun is not enough to cool the room, and if you leave open the balcony door you need to hear all night the noises of the street. Otherwise the furniture and the bathroom were prity old.

The location is amazing, and for us the mattress in the bed was excellent. Some people wrote in their feedback that the door missed from the bathroom, but we had.

That there were no Bathroom doors. plus the unexpected taking money out of my account.

Would be great if there would be a airport shuttle. Was a bit difficult having no doors in the bathroom. The Fans were very dirty we didn't use them at all. We planned on paying at the hotel was a bit frustrating when you guys just took the money out my account.

The bathroom did not have a door. The walls were very thin, so you could hear everything. This is especially bad if you get a room in the lower floors. There was a lot of humidity in the room, no ventilation in the bathroom.

Excellent breakfast and very kind staff. We had originally been given a room in the 1st floor, which was extremely noisy due to the proximity to the bar. We let them know and they arranged our room change immediately to the 5th floor.

no acoustic at all - you can hear everything that happens not just in rooms located behind the wall as the street noise! it was Saturday night so there were many drank people walking around til 4AM, difficult to reach the room (10-minute walk, going up and down).

For a 1 Star Property the faicilities were acceptable, but there were 2 major issues : - Very noisy since it was a crowded street, due to that trying to go asleep with opened door from balcony was not the best idea; - Not having an AC was even worse, could not sleep well; - Also, a double bed was asked for, but, eventually we got 2 single beds.

Great location, next to the beach. Nice and friendly stuff.

There was no door on our bathroom. However the staff was helpful and quickly gave us another room.

You’re just a block from the beach! The pool is clean and perfect temperature. The lobby is cozy and they have games to play.
