We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNo conditioning, asked for double bed when booked, but still got two litle singles. No water or tea making facilities. Check in was very hard as the guy was not able to speak in english. On official hotel webpage it is stated that late check out is possible at 2pm, howewer, we were told we have to leave 11am. On check out, we have asked for a taxi to the airport. We were told it will come in 10mins so we were waiting at the lobby. It did not came in for more than half an hour so we asked at the desk again and lady was acting strange, surprised that we are still waiting even though we were sitting in front of her all the time and no more people was comming in. The staff was not friendly and facilities were not great. Even vending machine at the lobby was not working.
The location was really good, close to the centre, nice view from window if your room is in upper floors.

IrelandDisliked · Wifi: Lack of explanation as to how/where to input wifi login and password on my first stay. I had a laptop, which made wifi apparently unaccessible on my first stay. On my 2nd stay two days later, I specifically asked and was told to input a long number (several digits) into Google Search and then to input the username and password into the thing that popped-up. It worked then.
Everything. I had two separate stays in July 2023, a Thursday night after arriving in Spain, and the following Sunday night before going flying home to my own country. Checkin was efficient. Location was good. And ordering of taxi was reliable: it took just less than 5 mins for the car to arrive to take me to the local airport. Aircon, considering the high temp outside, was good (Aircon was my principle criterion for selection a hotel in Reus). Room was good. Breakfast was good. I'd stay here again.

North MacedoniaAs others say, it's not possible to open any window and therefore impossible to get fresh air inside. As an alternative the ventilation system works well. There were some youngsters making really loud noise in the very early morning in one of the days so they woke me up earlier that expected.
The hotel has a great location in the centre of Reus. The amenities are clean and the room is big enough for a weekend stay. Our room was on the 7th floor so we had a great view over the town. The AC worked well, the bed was comfy. It's a great value for the price, I highly recommend it.

LatviaI asked for a room on top floor (to avoid any noises) and the staff did deliver on what was asked. Unfortunately, the room on the top floor wasn't in as good condition as the rooms on lower floors. Nothing major, just in need of refreshing with some paint and new furniture.

United KingdomThis is beyond the hotel, but driving to it can be challenging given the traffic depending on the time of the day. There is a car park right next to the hotel but it can easily get full.
Great hotel in the heart of the city close to all amenities and attractions. Breakfast had plenty of options, room was spacious, clean and cosy. Check in and out was quick, simple, and receptionists were helpful. Moltes gràcies :)

United KingdomThe air con was rubbish , this was a big problem with the weather, we had to change from this hotel into a different one as we were so uncomfortable. There was no fridge so we had no access to cold drinks and the shops open late. The card for our room kept jamming. Very small hotel with nothing to do in it.

NetherlandsQuite a disappointing stay. We didn't expect much from the hotel as it was quite outdated, but the staff ( especially one man from reception) was really not nice. He was very passive and dismissive. We forgot a shirt in the closet when we checked out, and called every day for 3 days with no help from their side. The man was not helpful and didn't care to even check the room. He kept saying someone else needs to be there to check. On the 3rd day a woman answered and said she will check and call back. Shirt was found. They told us they can send it to us if we provide a DHL label. We bought a DHL label, sent it to the email they gave. Called a few hours later and the same rude man said they got the label and packed and already sent the shirt back to us. One week later when we were back home, there was still no tracking movement. We called back. The same rude man picked up and this time said that the shirt was not sent and will do so the next day. We called back the next day, he said he cannot send it because they are "not able to do that". So them saying they sent it / will send it was nonsense. Disappointing.

IrelandRoom had a stale smell when we arrived the windows didn't open the air-conditioning was poor. The bathroom was clean but the bathroom ware was old and broken the shower curtain held up on an unstable pole that kept falling and the taps were poor in the shower as was the handle rail in the shower part falling off. Room felt unsafe we left early next morning as I wasn't even going to chance the food. Stayed in 3 star before but this is between 1-2 star only on previous 3 star hotels.
