Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe expected an outside terrace at the front of the hotel and were very disappointed. Aside from the hotel, research led us to believe that a taxi from the airport would be about 15 euros. In fact we were charged 25 despite the fact that the meter read 14,50. There seems to be a controller at the airport imposing a set 25 euro fare. Reus tourist board need to sort this out.
Comfortable and quite central with a plentiful breakfast.

Location was excellent. Room size was good with large bathroom and good view over Reus. Very central to restaurants, cafes and public transport. Staff helpful.

United KingdomThe maids were around in the morning as we went out but always seemed to try come clean at about 4 when we were getting back and didnt want to be disturbed. No english channels at all on the tele but there were other nationality channels.
The beds were comfy and very central.

United KingdomThe hotel was cold. It was wet weather and getting coats dry was difficult. We asked if there was somewhere we could dry them but there wasn’t. I only saw the cafeteria open once, I had hoped for it to be open for a coffee and snack during the day. There are vending machines.

The old look of room. If you are looking for a modern room...this place is not for you. I loved it as it blended in with views from the window ( if you got the room as we did). And you couldn't hear anything from behind ...only church bells that pleased our ears.😍
