Beautiful decoration and fully equipped. Stunning roof terrace with a view of the cathederal at the end of a quiet cobbled street. Perfect for people watching. Fantastic location.

Hard to fault but no sink in the second shower room

Brilliant location, a few steps from the buzzy main market and restaurants/bars but tucked away in a quiet street. Really well equipped. Private, sunny, roof terrace (even in January). Good communication and quick to respond when we had a minor issue with the heating. Deserves all the good reviews. Loved it.

Amazing property. The quality of the apartment and everything in it is noticeable. Even the goods chosen to put in the property, everything is of a high quality and you can really feel this isn't just a plastic one stop stop, this is an apartment that is really cared for. The host was lovely and really helpful when we arrived. She went above and beyond in terms of explaining everything and providing recommendations. One of the best and most cared for apartments I have stayed in.

Challenging rubbish disposal; important to get it right, but grey bin was not in place.

The apartment is well designed and decorated reflect the colours of Cadiz, but its best feature by far is the generously sized and equipped terrace. The showers are easy to use, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is plenty of storage space.

Nothing it was perfect!

One of the nicest apartments I’ve stayed in! Everything felt new, the design and decor is great and we all loved the huge roof terrace which is perfect for breakfast and sun downers. The beds are very comfy and it’s in a great location. Would love to stay again!

There was an odd smell in the bedroom, which admittedly only I could detect. Only as we were leaving and checking everything did I find that cleaning materials were kept in the storage space underneath the mattress, I am not sure that is the best place for them!

Fantastic, highly recommended and we will be back! A beautiful two bedroomed apartment with a wonderful roof top terrace. Clean, comfortable and well provisioned as soon as you arrive - these touches make this apartment stand out. It also comes with recommendations for the local area covering all aspects of things to assist with your stay. Very well situated for Cadiz old town and to access the sea front with recommended parking very close by. Javier is an excellent host - his communication is second to none, nothing is too much trouble and his recommendations for your stay help enormously.

Cadiz is beautiful town! Apartment is in the heart of old town - very convenient to see everything around. Mercado located just in 1 minute to apartments - it works from 9 to 15 pm on Tuesday - Saturday. There is great choice of fish, seafood and fresh fruits. Apartment equipped with all necessary things, good designed. Beautiful terrace! Check in and check out are well organised

For our needs just perfect

We spend few days in this brand new apartment. Location can not be better for great beaches and food. Direct location c1 min walk to local Mercado provides every day access to fresh food, fruits, fishes and freshly made churros :). All can be prepared easily in the fully equipped kitchen and served on the amazing terrace overlooking the city. Apartment is very well furnished with all you need for comfortable stay and exceptionally clean. The host is very helpful in providing information, organizing some elements of stay and very responsive for any inquire. Great place for family or group of friends. 100% recommended.
