All the rules and questions they send/ask you before coming are extremely off-putting. We had to be in contact with someone multiple times to arrange the check-in process and there is a fee for checking in past 9 PM. You’re also expected to take out your own trash.

The apartment is clean, spacious and very well located. The old part of town allows for easy walks around town to visit the most touristy places (museums, archaeological sites, churches, historical landmarks) as well as experiencing the local life at the markets, squares, bars, restaurants and beaches. Paid public parking is available at the square, which is not far from the apartment.

While not an issue with our group as we didn’t have much luggage, there was no lift, which could pose a serious problem for other guests. It would also be nice to have larger garbage cans in the bathrooms, and to dispose of the toilet paper; in addition to more garbage bags to dispose of toilet paper nightly.

It was a fantastic property for a group of six adult women traveling together. It was spacious, very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. The communication from the host from the time we booked it, until check out was outstanding, and five star! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 They went above and beyond, and exceeded our expectations.

A very nice place to stay at when being in Cadiz, extremely quiet and well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in this city.

Extremely quiet and convenient apartment which offered an excellent kitchen and good bets in the Old town environment. Cadiz is a very enjoyable place with excellent restaurants, city beaches, etc.

Location was perfect, right in the centre and close to everything we needed. Parking was 2 mins away as well as shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and spacious, terrace was amazing. Beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We were even provided with dishwasher/washing machine tabs. Javier and Ana were great hosts and accommodated our late check in- a fantastic stay!

Tricky if you’re coming with a car, parking next door is not great for bigger vehicles and it is impossible to park in the whole old town otherwise - not the property’s fault.

It would have been nice to have more natural light and some outdoor space, but because the apartment faces in to the courtyard it is very quiet and calm. Not exactly characterful.

Modern, cool, comfortable, compact apartment, neutrally decorated and maintained to a high specification. The small kitchen is very well equipped. Spotlessly clean. The managing and welcoming team were very responsive, helpful and communicative. The beds are very comfortable. Good location (a 25 minute walk to train and bus station, lots of supermarkets and cafes within 3 minutes, 5-10 minutes to most tourist destinations). Extremely quiet place to retreat in a city where a lot of accommodation can be a little noisy.

Fantastic location near Cadiz old town. Apartment is 180m away from a very comfortable underground parking lot. Apartment has all the needed equipment. It’s very clean. Very nicely decorated. Very quiet. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The hosts were very insistent on narrowing down our arrival time and we were not on a tight schedule. It made me feel like I had to rush to meet THEIR timeline. Once we got there they were very nice and explained everything thoroughly.

Very comfortable for families and within walking distance of many sites. We drove into Cadiz and the parking structure is very close by. Beds and bedding were comfortable, the A/C worked well (we traveled in August) and the kitchen was fully equipped.

The apartment was just perfect. We had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it was excellent. Large and great space for the 8 of us. Staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing I would say is that they could update some of the towels but overall our stay was 10/10

Because Cadiz has very well lighted streets which are on all night, the bedrooms need a darker curtain option.

Nothing is far away in Cadiz. This location was great for quick shopping and for all sightseeing.

Modern spacious apartment in the heart of Cadiz old town. We particularly appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the outdoor terrace and the light & stylish living space. Great location for exploring Cadiz close to restaurants, bars and the sea front. Hosts were very helpful, with great communication and advice on activities, restaurants and shops. And all at a great price - overall, couldn't ask for more!

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay in Cadiz. Very comfortable beds, lots of fluffy towels and a well stocked kitchen. We were warmly welcomed to the apartment in person and given lots of information on eating drinking etc. It was a real bonus to get more than six sets of keys.
