It can get noisy if you stay on a Saturday, but that’s the price you pay if you want to be in a vibrant area with many amenities. The bedroom is on the small side.

Code for key box was sent to us before arrival. The instructions were very clear and the flat and box were easy to find. Good communication with managers—we appreciate the message they sent us on Day 1 to check that everything is okay and arrange details around departure. Flat 5 (3rd floor, lift available) is well appointed and has everything you need—look for the small package with sponge etc under the kitchen sink. The location is fantastic, a 10min walk to the Mercado, with several shops, cafes and bars nearby. Very picturesque and vibrant neighbourhood, public transport was available 5 (bus) and 10 (tram) minutes away.

We had the ground floor apartment, a bit noise but understandable ( I think though that if the door and window can be changed to double/triple glazed window you can cope with the noise better). The apartment was very spacious and can accommodate also a family with kids. Had all the amenities that you can think of, which was really good although we didn't use them as we stayed in town. We had some bad weather and the fact that heating is from the air conditioner it meant that when we arrived we need it to wait abit until it was warmer, also I think the air conditioner should be updated as it was old and noisy and we had to stay with it turn on. Great location of the apartment, like near the Serrano Towers (like 500m) and also basically close to all the central actrations and like 5 min walk from the Central Market. All in one was a beautiful place to spend a city break and absolutely great value for money.

Flat needs a bit of renovation. Nothing is broken, but quite used. It is definitely for 2 people max, as the couch is very uncomfortable and a bit crooked. There was only one pod to dishwasher and exact number of coffee pods and tea bags, which for me is always a bit pathetic as putting more effort would made this stay more welcoming, but on the other hand I have a feeling, that if we would ask service to bring more, they would do that.

Customer service-10/10! Contact was always fast and pleasant, easy instructions how to find apartment and enter it. The flat is based in perfect location, there is always close to anything- tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, 20 minutes by taxi to the airport. Matterace was comfortable.

My only niggle was that the pictures are a mix of all the flats, which we didn’t realise. Ours was on the top floor so instead of the big wooden doors we had to duck through a large window which isn’t so easy when you are 190cm tall!

The flat is well supplied with what we’d need and it was very clean. The are lots of local shops and plenty to do in the area. There is a nearby bus to City of Arts and Sciences.

One flight of stairs after elevator to 3rd floor. I have a heavy bag. But worth the one time to get the bag up

The studio apartment was charming. It had a lot of natural light. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Loved the outdoor space. Excellent location to walk to everything in old town while close to bike path. Enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it. And I don't say that much.

The isolation is probably not the best as we could hear some of what was going on on the hallway or in the flat nearby. It was not an issue for us though.

Excellent location, very central, next to a multitude of bars, cafes and tourist attractions. Had everything an apartment would need for a short stay. Microwave, coffee maker, an electric cooker and even a dishwasher. I really liked the fact that the sponge, dish soap and dishwasher tablet came into a small package :). The hosts were very nice, asking regularly for feedback on how the room was and if they could be of any help whatsoever.

I didn't like that the key of the appartment was for the electricity as well.

Slightly cramped kitchen if you are planning to cook during any stay.

Excellent communication throughout with the host. Good clear collection instructions and very clean apartment throughout. Room was slightly smaller than anticipated but facilities as described. Location within the Old Town was convenient for all attractions and close to many bars & restaurants.

Tv- had no Netflix option etc only old satellite TV, even though I speak some Spanish it was inconvenient.

All went well. The apartment is located right in the old center of the city, close to restaurants and tourist spots. It's a real pleasure to walk around. We appreciated the good communication and the recommendations we received for traditional paella :)

The apartment was great,we had everything we needed. Location is good, it's in the centre but quiet The staff was really helpful, they allowed us early check in and late check out because we were travelling with the toddler.

We spent 3 nights in the appartment, but it is suitable also for longer stay. We had everything we needed, equiped kitchen, good internet, it is also quite big for two people. Location is great - you can go by foot to explore old part of the city or strol through the park and you have bus stop few minutes away to reach other city parts. Hosts were very nice and helpfull, sent us all information in advance and were available for any help during our stay.

The place can be a bit more "feel at home". The smell from the pipes is quite strong in the building, not so much in the apartment.

The hosts were very nice and responsiv.! They let us check in early and check out late, the communication was very easy and fast. The location is very convenient. It's in the city center, but still very quiet. There is easy access to the beach, aquarium, and the biopark - all with one bus line, 5 mins away from the apartment.

Would of liked a kettle, but there was a coffee machine supplied. Not many coat hangers and no drawers in the bedroom, although there was plastic shelf unit which worked just as well. Some english speaking tv channels would of been nice but net flicks would have been useful.

Clean apartment, well stocked kitchen utensils, liked the little welcome pack of cleaning things. There was a safe in the room. Nice quiet area, in walking distance of shops, restaurant, tram in walking distance. Very easy to get into apartment and the communication for codes was excellent. Plenty of wardrobe space. The area felt safe to walk around.

Very comfortable apartment, it's one you could easily stay in for a long stay. Spacious, clean, secure and well equipped with everything you need. Very good wifi and close to buses, bus station, tram (to beach) and the park that goes around Valencia. Also has good bars, restaurants, shops and cafes nearby and a big supermarket around the corner. Host was very helpful and friendly and communicated very well. Highly recommended, I want to live here! There was a street artist working on a wall opposite, can someone post a photo of his completed mural?!

A shortage of clothes hangers.

It was a comfortable apartment in a lively area. It was close to bars, restaurants, attractions and the Turia Park. Getting fresh clean towels every second day was an unexpected bonus. The apartment was light and bright with a balcony only where we could sit and watch the world go by.

A little strong smell is noticeable throughout the building, but can be removed by airing.

The keys are easily obtained by code and key safe. The flat is on the 3rd floor with a lift. We were 3 people and managed wonderfully with the available space. The kitchen is well equipped, the dishwasher is worth its weight in gold. You should bring tabs or powder though as there is none. Everything is clean and exactly as described. The balconies are great for sitting or standing and watching the surroundings. It is not too noisy, you just hear the noise from the street below. The street is traffic-calmed, only taxis are allowed to drive along. We felt very comfortable.
