Really not a lot. The key locks in the whole house should be changed as the doors make an enormous noise when being opened or closed which could be heard througout the whole house. The "penthouse" appartment I stayed in should get a repainting to make it even more attracticve.

The location of the appartment in the old city and close to the centre of the town and the Turia parc is excellent. I stayed in the "penthouse" appartment with a roof top terrace and a balcony and the appartment is quite bright due to some addtional roof-lights. The appartment is nicely furnished, and provided a washing machine and dishwasher which comes in very handy for a longer stay. Additional cleaning was organised several times during my stay but rather on a random basis. Furtheormore, any problem that occured, was immediately dealt with by the team of the agency in a very profesional and kind way!

The location was good from where to explore Valencia. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, and staff were helpful. Rebirth bikes around the corner is a great place to hire bikes.

There is no ventilation in the bedroom. View from living room was a demolition site and rubbish bins. There is a strong, offensive odour in the entry of the complex. As international travellers we would have appreciated some tourist advice and recommendations.

Location was excellent for exploring the old town and the local area, El Carmen, by foot. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Quirky Street Art around every corner. Apartment was quiet at night, and had everything needed for self-catering. Supermarket 700m away. Good water pressure and temperature in the bath. WiFi was good.

Coffee maker...but we were surrounded by lots of great coffee shops so it was no big deal.

Great communication with host..and support Excellent central location. Fresh towels delivered twice during stay if 1 week...also fresh bed linen. Loved the little balcony.

Glass partition in shower leaked water. Could have used more than one dishwasher soap pack. No dish rack to dry dishes.

Location, size of apartment, bed was comfy, towel service every two days, washer was very handy, dishwasher, lockbox remote check in was great, host was very communicative.

Lovely, modern appartment. Very clean. Had everthing we needed. Good location. Excellent wi-fi and air conditioning. Place to leave bags on departure. Rotem ordered us a taxi to the airport which was much appreciated.

Appartment felt old and a bit outdated. Only white lighting in the appartment which took away the cozy feeling. Wifi not so good. So for remote work i would not recommend. Bit noisy could hear everything the neigbours were doing. We paid for the balcony but there was such a lingering smell in the street that we never used it.

When we first got there in the evening the entrance to the building was on a side alley filled with graffiti facing an abandoned building. It was scary at first and we almost left.

Location - interesting corner of the old city. Surrounded by small plazas with restaurants, bars, schools, small shops, teeming with life. The apartment is compact but well supplied. Some fittings slightly knackered, but nothing broken. Good value. Would use it again. Valencia delightful -better than expected. Apartment staff very helpful.

Furniture was old and not well functioning, closet door was almost impossible to move, bathroom door did not close completely and it was impossible to lock. But those are not the most important aspects of a accommodation.

- very nice balcony to drink the morning coffee or drink a beer late in the night. - espresso machine in the room - great location - good room size - very helpful host: because we arrived early he planned the cleaning so that our room was cleaned just a few minutes before we arrived. Also he helped us with booking of a taxi for airport transfer.

Bright and clean apartment, very convenient and cozy, you can find there everything you need (towels, plates, glasses, toaster, coffee machine, etc.). The location is great for exploring the old city centre, just 7 min walking from the central street. Train station is just 20 min away (walking distance) which is also very convenient if you arrive by train.

When sitting on the couch you could here people being loud outside the apartment. And there was quite a lot of mosquitoes coming from outside the bathroom.

Liked havin kitchen facilities but very limited supplies provided: only a few bits of silverware, no corkscrew or laundry soap, only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for a 7 night stay, etc. 2 each of cups & glasses, so it was wash dishes every mealtime. Only 2 pillows and no extra bedding. This is the only reason that this apartment didn't get top ratings for everything.

Location inside the north edge of the old city of Valencia was wonderful, easy walking to restaurants, parks and shops while on a quiet side street. Really appreciated the elevator that goes to to the 3rd floor, hauling our bags the last flight to our rooftop suite was no big deal. Also liked having a washing machine + dishwasher in the suite.

The walls are a very thin so you can hear everything happening on the street and in the neighbour rooms. The drapes shall be thicker too.

Centered location with supermarkets and nice pubs, bars and restaurants. The great marketplace is in 7-8min walking.
