- There aren’t enough sunbeds. Some people were laid on the floor. Everyone reserves them early so there’s never any by 10am. The pool doesn’t open till 9am. - No water or drinks included in the evening meals. (We were half board) - As it’s a city hotel only half of the rooms have balconies. Please if you book out in your notes you’d like a balcony otherwise you won’t get one. We were gutted as on holiday its needed! - Pool isn’t really heated. It’s definitely better than the sea but not warm enough on the colder days - Shower wasn’t the best. It didn’t work very well and as it was on a slant it ended up filling the bathroom with water. - We found the older lady who worked the nights quite stand off ish and not as friendly as the rest. - No entertainment and music was very quiet.

- Location is 10/10 - Staff are lovely - Fresh towels and overall cleanness of the whole hotel is great - Rooms are big - Breakfast is incredible and a must when staying here. It’s open until 11am for the late risers! - The view is stunning and it’s great if you’re a people watcher 😅

There is little that can be done,possibly add a kettle in the room instead of a coffee making machine that can be used for water heating. There is a step down in the pool area which could do with highlighting as most people miss it the first time in the pool area.

The location was superb,The Staff were superb, The Breakfast was exceptional,The evening meal was cooked for you and plenty of choices pre cooked, Salad was plentiful. The rooftop pool was a great place and suntraps to stop any wind. We saw it maintained everyday we were up there. The pool is slightly heated when needed I guess.

Fantastic location, great facilities. The rooms are stylish and comfortable with everything you could need , toiletries, fridge , hairdryer and pool towels are also available for a small deposit. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The right side of Loret de Mar is very busy and not quite what we had expected but to the left was quiet enough with beautiful walks to other coves.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were great and food was brilliant, buffet style but freshly cooked in front of you. We were able to park right in front of the hotel. The beach was beautiful, with clear waters and we were able to borrow sun shades. Rooftop pool had amazing views.

The safe in our room didn't work. Parking was a problem (we had to pay 50 euros for 2 days and we hardly found a spot).

The swimming pool on the rooftop has a great view. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

The hotel has a strange policy regarding towels...We put the do not disturb sign on our door and went out because our room was already clean and didn't need cleaning. When we came back in the afternoon we simply asked for additional towels at the reception. The reception lady refused to give us towels, saying it's a policy at the hotel that either the cleaning staff goes in the room in the morning to clean it and change the towels, or they don't provide you any additional towels until 3 days later!! We were not told about this policy when we checked in, and she claimed that there's a poster in the elevator about this policy (we had not noticed the poster and we checked it later to verify and it only says to be cautious with water use for environnemental reasons). We found this policy very weird because normally hotels provide you with additional towels at any time of day without preset conditions. If the cleaning staff left and you need a towel in the afternoon, you simply go down to the reception and colllect the additional towels yourself. So, the hotel should make it clear to guests when they check in about this policy and conditions. Gladly after we insisted the reception lady agreed to give us towels, but such encounter was unpleasant, and was the only thing we didn't like about the hotel because everything else was truly amazing and wonderful.

The hotel has an amazing location, close to the main beach of lloret del mar, but also close to beautiful calas. All the staff are very professional and friendly and accommodating. The hotel also has a nice small pool on the roof with a beautiful view. Definitely recommended hotel!!

What a fantastic stay we had! The hotel is on the quieter end of the strip. It is a car park away from the beach and has a number of shops next to and behind to stock up on cold drinks and ice-cream. The rooms were nice and clean, beds and pillows very comfy and the shower really powerful (probably the best hotel shower I have experienced), the Aircon was ice cold. We paid for breakfast and dinner. The staff were very attentive and the food varied and very nice. Shout out to Vero who was the queen of omelettes in the morning! I would whole heartedly recommend the hotel.

I am happy with this choice and there really wasn't anything that would have made it more enjoyable.

I chose this location because It is right on the beach. The staff was very nice and the breakfast here was exceptional. They had most things a person would want and had a line cook preparing things fresh. Eggs, breakfast meats, omelets etc. It wasn't premade and placed under a heat lamp. I also chose this location as there is parking across the street for a fee. It is the parking lot used for the beach but as we were coming and going at the beginning of the day and at the end of the day there were always open spaces. There are also many restaurants and shopping locations here.

Car parking was quite expensive (21 Euro per day), but convenient just next to the hotel. One might try to check in advance for the possibility of an upgrade to a room on seaside. (Did not work in our case)

Very clean, quite new room, and: very friendly environment/staff. Breakfast and dinner was excellent, both: buffet and also freshly prepared, e.g. full english breakfast cooked on hot plate grill, Also each day large choice of seafood, meet and vegatables on hot plate grill.

the elevator smelled on multiple occasions of fish and bad body odour.

We stayed here before that’s why we chose this place. We were given a sea view deluxe room which was a very pleasant surprise. The location is also excellent as it’s right across the street from the beach.
