The shop didn´t have sun cream/after sun - not an awful thing, but being a beach location it would have been good. The breakfast in the bar/cafe/restaurant in front (which from my understanding is part of the camp site) is quite expensive by local standards considering the coffee if DIY Nespresso capsules... to be fair the place was being renovated before high season when we was there so perhaps they have a proper breakfast service by now. It´s camping in the country so you shouldn´t expect otherwise BUT...if you don´t like bugs, don´t stay here.

It was our first time "glamping" and as a keen (traditional) camper I had my doubts regarding "glamping", however, I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. The "tent" was deceptively larger than it looked from the outside with a comfortable double bed, a mirror, fan, and chair inside, we also had a little patio style table and chairs outside the "tent" too. The toilet/shower block was extremely clean and generous in size - plenty of loos and showers. There was a shop on site that had the essentials and the site is a short walk away from the beach, and a short walk (but slightly longer) to restaurants/ bars etc

a bit noisy at night, obviously as tents don’t have soundproofing!

nice big tent (book the one with the bathroom). hot shower with good water pressure. flushing toilet! was the most glamorous tent I’ve ever stayed in! handy to have fridge and cool box. no kettle which would have been nice. top bunk is very high so not suitable for younger kids (they can sleep on the lower floor). entertainment team really nice. pool clean but a bit chilly! good kids play area. clean communal facilities.

It would be great if they had something where you can hang your wet things on, especially after a day at the beach/pool, you need to hang towels and swimsuits to dry. And the cafe was nice, but had quite limited things on the menu. Not bad for 3 days, but if you want to stay longer, a broader menu could be great as you have no cooking facility in the tent.

The staff was very friendly and the animation group lovely with the kids. The tents are spacious and comfortable. The pool was small sized, but for our kids perfect to play in.

    Nothing.

Friendly employees, great service, incredibly clean sanitary facilities (worth a 10+), beach at walking distance and a great tent. I stayed here two nights while walking the Camino del Norte. It was a joy to stay here and I will come back for a couple of days when I finish my camino.

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to both my friends and wider circle of acquaintances. I am also eagerly looking forward to returning myself in the future.

I had the privilege of using two distinct types of tents during my stay here. One of them was quite spacious, complete with its own bathroom, while the other served as a cozy abode for me and my partner, with access to a communal shower. Both of these experiences proved to be exceptional. The cleanliness and orderliness were consistently maintained, providing a high level of comfort. The ambiance was friendly and cooperative, with everyone being considerate of each other's needs. Each tent was equipped with remarkably comfortable sleeping arrangements, including premium bedding and towels. Additionally, amenities such as a cooler for food and beverages, a fan, and provisions for hanging clothes were readily available. Outside, each tent had its own private seating area. Conveniently, there was a supermarket located within the campsite, and a variety of restaurants were also within walking distance. Moreover, the beach was easily accessible on foot. For those interested in exploring the nearby town of Somo, it's approximately a 30-minute walk away.

The tents were too close together, there was no soap in the toilets. We were treated as an inconvenience rather than as guests. The breakfast was overpriced and coffee was from a machine . I expected it to be a four star experience but it was more like 2. It is targetted at families but it’s more of a young persons resort due to the surf camps that take place. We had a toddler and it was unsafe with cars driving in and out. I would not stay again. It is overpriced and has lost its soul, valuing making money over a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. It was more like a resort than a campsite.

    The tents inside were lovely.
