There are some differences between what is listed on the booking.com site and what you will actually receive when you get to the hotel for the "economy room." For this location there is no actual courtyard, any room that is listed as "courtyard view" will have window that basically looks across a 10m opening in the building -- directly into other guest rooms. The biggest issue here is for a business traveller. None of the rooms have an actual desk or office chair suitable for doing any real work or taking a meeting from your room. There were some other problems during my stay including the elevators being broken for most of the week.

Location is awesome, lots of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The hotel itself is modern and fun, the staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and the rooftop pool is lovely with an amazing view. The rooms are clean and have nice amenities including quality coffee.

It was great for what I needed, but it was just for one night. If I were staying longer, maybe I would wang it to be closer to a metro stop and that the staff were a bit more personable.

Really clean & modern in a location that I was looking for (within walking distance from Nuevos Ministerios metro, for easy access to the airport during morning rush hour). The sheets and bed were especially lovely.

In booking.com there were no mention that the hotel didn't have it's pool open before May. We chose this hotel because of the rooftop pool. The room was a bit dark since there were no natural light or a light on the ceiling. The room also had a bit weird layout since where is the toilet in the bathroom your head almost touches the wall in front of you because the wall is so close (narrow room).

Very accessible with the metro. Direct access from the airport with only 5 stops away. However the walk from the station until the hotel is about 15 minutes and could be difficult with a luggage.

Very nice hotel, located in a good area, accesibile by metro and in walking distance to Santiago Bernabeu stadium. Good bar and restaurant downstairs. A dj is playing in the weekend evening.

The pillows were so uncomfortable, so I could barely sleep. I had a problem with hot water in the shower. The pressure was really low.

The bathroom didn't have a lock on the door, aside from that can't think of anything else!

10 min walk away from the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, close to metro stations to easily get into Madrid city centre (can also use the metro to get to the hotel from the airport too!). The reception area in the hotel looks great, there's arcade games to play and a fusbal table too! I really liked the fruit flavour water on offer, and our floor also had a coffee machine by the lifts if you need another pick me up. Staff were really nice and friendly, we got to the hotel a few hours before check in so we went to get something to eat to kill some time. We were still early when we got back to the hotel but we were able to check in a few hours earlier - which was great.

The location is perfect for those who want to watch a Real Madrid football match. The bar and Arcade machines in the reception hall are one of the great things about this hotel. Breakfast was very good.I highly recommend this hotel.

The weather was super hot and the pool was closed NOT a single not on any site that the pool closed at from 1st October. Staff on front desk a little rude. Cocktails dreadful and not helpful in changing them.
