Best hotel to be in the European spring! The weahter is perfect, the food always delivers and the facilities so nice.

Absolutely nothing!

Room excellent. Several restaurants, each one individual. Amazing staff. Many been there for many years, some had left but returned. An exceptional experience!

Better access to the beach. The only beach is the public one and it was not clear when booking that this was the case.

Room and breakfast. The pool area was okay. Enjoyed the hotel restaurants, especially the Japanese.

You have to book the restaurants a week before you leave home to ensure you get in. We had lunch at the hotel most days and were asked every day if we had booked, despite the restaurant being pretty much empty. Hacienda got pretty much everything wrong. My wife was served something she hadn't asked for. They even brought us the wrong bill. It was surprising given the top level service at the other restaurants.

All of the staff were very helpful and polite. The restaurants at the hotel offer a great choice of food and wine. The location is great as we can take a walk outside of the hotel where there are some good shops and restaurants.

I liked my beautiful room i was upgraded to. There were a good variety of restaurants to choose from. the different pool areas were lovely.

The beds were too hard and so were the pillows. We did ask for pillows to be delivered from the menu. They were not ! The hotel is on several levels inside and in the outside areas so I would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues.

The hotel has a wonderful spa with thalassotherapy pool. We had a variety of treatments. The hotel has several swimming pools and bar areas. We enjoyed the layout and the lush gardens and surroundings.

wonderful hotel. staff were brilliant and facilities perfect. loved all the different areas to sunbathe and all the pools. also the variety of restaurants for evening dining. our room was lovely and everything was very clean.

The breakfast felt a little like a cattle market letting down the hotel. The bed was like a trampoline.

Wifi was a bit hit and miss, dipped in and out frequently Couldn't get booked into restaurants - needed to be very organised and plan where and what you wanted to eat well in advance. Was not possible to walk in and get a table even though there were 6 restaurants.

Large hotel but never felt crowded. Staff couldn't do enough for you, spot on with the service. Lots of classes to attend and entertainment every evening. 4 swimming pools. The beach is literally opposite the hotel. Fabulous breakfast. Room was large and room serviced daily with complete change of bed linen and towels.
