A beautifully appointed hotel with little extras, including coffee and a lovely traditional biscuits in room. The hotel and staff were lovely and the free on site parking a bonus.

One of the most beautiful Hotel I stayed. Every detail is perfect. People of the staff are very kind and efficient. Roman for example was very nice and helpful with us. Breakfast is really excellent. The surroundings are very beautiful.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Gran Hotel Brillante, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The interior of the hotel is elegant and fresh. The room was very clean and over looked the river estuary. Breakfast was delicious. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We have a fantastic breakfast and hotel was really better then expected! the building don't look very good, but the room is really well with all you need. The room was more 5 star then 4 star. The parking was free too just in front of the hotel.

The staff was amazing, the room was really nice and clean, the breakfast was really nice and authentic! The hotel is 15min away from Cudillero and Avilés and you have the main freeway 5 min away, it couldn't be better.

Location is great. Beautiful views. Less than ten minutes from airport. Staff was very friendly and professional, arranging for an early taxi and opened early for breakfast to accommodate our schedule. Very good restaurant.

Excellent location, close the the airport of Oviedo (Asturias) but without noticing any airplane noise. It took us only 10 minutes to drive to the airport. The staff was fantastic and helpful. We were leaving early in the morning but they still gave us breakfast and more than we expected. We had dinner at the hotel and we really liked it.

We loved everything

A beautiful hotel to stay in! We are walking Camino del Norte and our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The beds were amazing and pillows excellent. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and this too added to our lovely stay. We would highly recommend staying here.

Very stylish, clean and in a fantastic position, next to the waterfront, with easy walk to the sea, a small local train across the road and restaurants nearby. The old cranes are a great feature and are lit up at night. We had a balcony and room looking out at the waterfront (room 107) The hotel restaurant looks over to the water too. Very nice!

Very rarely you come across a real gem. Gran Hotel Brillante is one of these. From the location in a quiet seaside town, to the hotel itself, the stay was wonderful. The room was tastefully decorated, the staff was super friendly and attentive, and the building is renovated in a modern style, while keeping its links to the past. The breakfast was really nice, particularly the croissants and homemade cakes. You can dine well in the hotel restaurant, and there are a few very nice restaurants in San Esteban, so also gastronomically nothing was lacking. There are really nice hikes to be had from San Esteban, and there were truly spectacular views along the route. Gran Hotel Brillante has already been marked as a place to return to, it was truly a pleasure to stay there.
