The location was perfect so as to be able to walk to many of the main attractions. Breakfast room and food was very nice , we both looked forward to breakfast every day. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped with all we needed.

The hotel could have done a better job communicating that the restricted car zone issue where the hotel is located is easily solved by immediately using their valet service or self parking at the hotel location.

The welcome drink and breakfast were wonderful. Toiletries in the room smelled great! Really appreciate the warmth and attentiveness of the staff.

We stayed here first coming to Madrid. We arrived at 7am and they gave us room rt away! We lived hotel that we changed our hotel after our El Camino walk and stayed here upon completing walk.

I have nothing negative to say! Everyone was great 5 star stay all the way.

Everything, the staff was amazing, attentive & very cozy hotel. I did the EL Camino, we stayed before starting el camino, we had different hotel at the end of walk and we changed it to this one. Young lady who checked us in remembered it walk when we came back & had at beautiful plate of cheese, ham & nuts upon our check in, very very nice. Originally when we arrived was at 7am and hotel let us check in that is priceless because we were up 24 hours from traveling. Hotel is beyond amazing! We used car service 3 times was great to have! We were in a rush , hotel has an amazing location.

Understated from the front but a beautiful stylish hotel inside and a lovely tranquil garden at the back. The decor was contemporary and elegant. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Food was delicious, we enjoyed lunch and dinner as well as the breakfasts. Location was ideal in the centre but on a quiet street. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

I didnt like the how the bath tub is situated for the shower. It’s very dangerous if someone falls and no proper privacy to take shower when you are with the family.

Staff were friendly and incredibly courteous. Roberto at the front desk went out of his way to make restaurant recommendations and reservations as well as train bookings. Wait staff in the restaurant and garden were very attentive and like all staff at this hotel, were very attuned to our needs. It’s obvious that the hotel takes hospitality training seriously and it shows in the quality of service from all members of staff.

A very minor gripe, but the snacks in the executive lounge were a bit repetitive.

From the moment that we arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome, with impeccable, warm service by all the staff we interacted with. The hotel oozes class. It's in a great location for the historical sights of west Madrid and not too far from the Prado, etc. Room was exceptionally comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a nice paved back courtyard to sit and relax in. Meals were first-class.

I cannot think of one thing tbh.

Everything: the reception when you arrive, the room was very spacious, the bed and pillows were heaven, the food was really great. I had to leave before breakfast and they prepared a little to-go bag with fruit, coffee, juice, a sandwich etc. Everything was perfect.

We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and Palacio de Los Duques was a surprised of how wonderful it is, the staff was absolutely wonderful, the rooms exceeded our expectations, the room was roomy, beautiful the bed one of the most comfortable, the bathroom had every detail including a great shower and the soap, shampoo, cream was top notch, so much I bounty some. They even give you perfume Bo Bo which is wonderful. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back for sure
