Breakfast was a disappointment, especially for the price. Cooked breakfast was cold, items at buffet not replenished and service preparing table was slow and haphazard.

Thel hotel had a wonderful ambience. Very nice touches glass of champagne when checking in. Also a bottle of champagne and chocolates delivered in room gratis.

Hairdryer in room was very old and really needs replaced . Not a major issue but does need looked at .

Great location and amazing décor! The staff is exceptional ( huge thanks to Joel,Luque, Antonio, Alvaro, Andres, Monica!) and you are being looked after and pampered like you could never dream of! Make sure to visit their Principe de Asturia restaurant for a gourmet meal you won’t forget!

There are only two recommendations I can make, namely: the temperature in the common areas is, in my opinion, a bit low. I know most American guests prefer cold temperatures, but for me and the group I was with, it was cold. And the second is the concierge services - I ordered flowers and a bottle of prosecco for my mom's birthday, which was the day after we arrived, and they delivered the surprise on the arrival date (a day before the birthday). In addition to that they charged it on my mom's room. Luckily I paid both rooms, so she didn't find out, but still...

Breakfast was perfect - plenty of choice for everyone - delicious fruits, different kinds of bread, cold meats, cheeses, nuts, fresh juices etc. The staff was very, very nice and friendly and always ready to help. No matter what preferences we had, they went out of their way to accommodate them. The atmosphere was gorgeous - the main lobby, as well as the terraces - the roof top bar, the pool, the terrace of the main restaurant. The food in the main restaurant was fantastic. We were impressed. I would recommend the hotel to everyone and would come back when I can.

Everyone was so nice. Concierge couldn’t do more for you. Hotel is fabulous, in perfect location. Beside the beach but a short walk to centre of Malaga with all of it’s beautiful restaurants and bars.

There were too much chairs & people in the pool area ( maybe one could introduce a time reservation system).

Staff was very-very friendly and helpful, we have really enjoyed interacting with them. Room was very spacious and clean, generally the hotel and its garden are very beautiful. Room service made very good Sangria.

More vegan options on the menu and really overpriced. Feel like some lower price options would be good. £6 for a cup of tea is obsurd.

The hotel is great. Location is perfect. My room was with city view but there was no noise from the traffic outside. Breakfast, dinner restaurant, top bar all was perfect. Service is great. I’m really impressed. Definitely will come back.

Everything was wonderful.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The location is close to the beach and about 15-20 minute walk to the old town. Room and beds were well equipped and comfortable and the entire hotel property was quite lovely. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay here and can’t wait to come back again.
