The kitchen had most utensils required for a few days stay although we were disappointed that there were no wine glasses available. The apartment block was quite noisy at night and the district it was located in was noisy at night.

The apartments location to the city was excellent. It was clean and the beds were really comfy.

Building renovations next door which was noisy during the day.

Comfortable apartment with good facilities. Not far from Granada centre. Bars and shops just a few minutes away. Having 2 bathrooms was good with a big family. There was 24 hour parking within a 10 minute walk.

The road near the property is dugged up and the area is very dusty. Access road to the apartment is quite narrow.

A private parking was provided for our van - thanks to the property owner. Location is excellent near the city. Granada is a difficult place to find parking, so the location is useful.

The middle small bedroom is very noisy (tried everything to make it quieter) and it doesn’t have A/C

loved the location as very central to the main attractions we were interested in seeing. just around the corner is a lovely coffee shop, The Real McCoy. The management was very responsive to our request to leave our bags at the apartment and then to have an early check-in. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group and it was excellent having two bathrooms (one with toilet and sink only). The apartment was very clean upon our arrival. The beds were quite comfortable.

Cleanliness could be improved.

The location is good! We were able to go sightseeing by walk to different parts of the city! The apartment is big and could accommodate 6 people without need to use the sofa. Host is kind and the best was the parking that was reserved for us - just below the apartment.

Property owners turn off AC in the middle of the day and it doesn’t go on until late in the afternoon. If you get there early there is no one to help you or let you in the bldg not even to to leave your luggage until you check in time. they don’t answer the phone if you have a problem with the light or the AC not been able to turn it on. All connections are done remotely.

It was near transportation, grocery store, shopping center and metro.

Extremely difficult to obtain security code and keys to the apartment Host unhelpful, said he would call Police in regard to all night noise but nothing happened. This accommodation should not be advertised as one cannot get any sleep or rest. Location in very dirty, low class laneway, with construction next door and road works nearby. Unbelievable that this apartment is still being offered for rent. Sleazy male only nightclub with inappropriate behavior in public view in street below apartment. Dirty tea towel and extremely thin/old bath towels.

Passer by helped by telephoning host for us as we had no telephone or internet service.

The property has one shower room with toilet, bidet with a hand basin, the second “bathroom” does not have a shower or bath only a toilet and hand basin. it should be described as having 1.5 bathrooms maybe!

The water runs either scalding hot or freezing cold. Small bedrooms. We were left outside the apartment on arrival with no communication of how to access the apartment.

Location was close to the Cathedral. Air con worked well. Clean and tidy. Good bathroom mirror.

It was an apartment which needs serious renovation, all basic items such as door handles, kitchen cupboard etc are loosen/broken, sewage smell from toilet/bathroom etc. We keep running out of hot water, so took 4 of us about 3 hours to have our daily short showers. We have been reminded repetatively (instructed) to turn off our air-conditioning for cost savings of owner. All on the costs of the comfort of our holiday.

The day we arrived was about 39/40 degrees and with high humidity. We arrived at the apartment as shown on the photos. After 2.5 hours of turning on the air-conditioning (1 for living room, 1 for a bed room and non for 2 other bedrooms), all air-conditioning did not work. After contacting Booking.com and the owner of the apartment (Jose), we got a cleaning lady coming to clean the apartment next door where we can move to the other (half cleaned) apartment. So, after about 4 hours (wasting) at the apartment, we were glad that the owner changed the apartment with an air-conditioning that works! (fundamental requirements of facilities).

Very “uncharming” street and a bit worn-down neighborhood, despite its central location. Main bathroom is not great and kitchen is quite tiny but manageable.

Good location in the city, close to everything. Good mattresses and overall good sleeping rooms.

To access the apartment you must phone the owner on arrival. This was simple, he was very helpful and we got the key straight away. I was a bit apprehensive in advance about not having a reception at the apartment block, but didn't need to be.

Great location - very easy to walk everywhere from the apartment. Well stocked supermarket a few seconds away. Apartment very clean and comfortable. Felt very safe wandering around the area with my children. Would certainly recommend and visit again.
