The daybed covers by pool were all ripped. Bad impression. Pool not enticing. Restaurant was not open

Quite unusual but there is no door to the bathroom or the toilet which is located in the bedroom. So when one of us were using the toilet the other had to leave the bedroom and wait in the lounge.

Amazing hotel. Clean, modern and great facilities. The staff were super helpful and the views from everywhere are fantastic. Really really enjoyable stay for me and my wife.

Our checkin was problematic, the receptionist gave us an unclean room, non working cards and they would not answer the phone so we had to walk to the receptionist hall 3 times, not acceptable.

The suite was spacious and super comfortable with an amazing jacuzzi. The hotel attended to all our special requests with good care. The breakfast was solid.

The hotel is far from the center and the only available transportation option is taxi! I only stayed in this hotel for just few hours and didn't use any of the facilities, so I can't make an objective judgment

If you are not travelling by car I guess the location is not perfect since there`s pretty much nothing to see close by...

Big, clean hotel which reminded me of Las Vegas (maybe the on-site Casino strengthened the feeling) Breakfast was rich enough for a skiing day in Sierra Nevada and the Spa (not included in room price) with whirlpools and saunas very relaxing after long day. The restaurants (Bistro and Italian) in the same block were both worth visiting and especially the bistro was praised by our teenagers.

The person at the front desk on the checking wasn't rude but neither super friendly. We arrived 1hour late from the estimated time but she still had to check if the room was ready. We asked for a very sunny bedroom at the booking request but she gave us one from the darkest side .when we saw it we asked for a change and she did . That made us think they didn't give much importance to our request since there was available rooms in the sunniest side. The bedroom was clean but the floors weren't as clean as the rest of the bedroom and under the bed it was full of dust . I got a massage and I didn't enjoy it much , it didn't feel professional at all . I wouldn't get it again and I don't recommend it , at least not the relaxing one.

The bedroom was very big , good bathroom with jacuzzi and separate shower.lots of light , clean ,quiet, 10 min by car to granada.great spa and extremely good Italian restaurant.the person at the check out was very friendly , attentive and professional .

Both Restaurants were superb, the restaurant staff were very welcoming and made every evening meal something to look forward too. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was much bigger than expected, so a nice place to return after a days snowboarding / sightseeing. The beds themselves were very comfortable 10/10

All facilities were closed. Pools, gym, spa was extra, no place to get a drink or a coffee. No vending machines either. It had all the facilities listed on the booking page but it was nowhere near the quality stated. The hotel was also empty with maybe 10 people spotted in 3 days. Parking was empty yet they charged us €15 a day. Should have been included when everything we paid for was essentially closed. Depending on the staff, some were very rude and annoyed you spoke with them. Some were very polite and helpful.

Room temperature and facilities.

Room temperature was extreme high , no air-conditioning. Manager asked me to open window and sleep, what a joke. it was horrible experience.

Don’b be fooled by the 5 stars in this hotel. At best I give this a 3 star. Why? There were no open restaurants or bars at the hotel during our stay, so not possible to get food or drinks. Minibar? Yes, but it was empty. Roomservice? No. We had to walk out to the nearest Mercadona to get food. At 20:00 the only restaurant that opened was 100m outside of the hotel and since the hotel is outside the city there was no other options nearby. Also it is pretty standard to have a coffee machine in the hotel room, but no. No coffee or tea.

Very nice hotel to stay near Alhambra (app. 12 minutes with taxi)... We have leave our car in parking garage and take a taxi to Alhambra and back... Very friendly and all the best...

The rooms, the building. It definitely didn’t feel like home in any way.

The breakfast was good. But the rooms was unfortunately nothing that deserves a 5 star. This hotel should be a 3-4 star hotel
