We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Turkeyi didn't like Booking.com they made problems with the communication i had to contact the hotel direct to sort out the problem........ i received poor emails from booking.com with bad information I WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN WITH Booking.com I will go direct to the hotel , I was very disopointed with booking.com

United KingdomThe location. In the middle of nowhere, a very tiny and limited onsite mini-market, no pavements so too dangerous to walk so totally reliant on taxi's. They were easy enough to get, asked the reception and a taxi within 5 minutes but a bit annoying. The hotel/village should have its own shuttle bus for town and the attractions.
Didn't have breakfast but loved the villa, its decor, the size and the pool. The outside area was also plenty spacious for 6 of us. The downside was location, in 4 days we spent 250 euros as each time we went out in the day and in the evening we had to take 2 taxi's each time. A shuttle bus would have been good. The free entry to the waterpark and zoo was much appreciated as once in it was expensive, had to pay for waterproofing phone, locker, sunbeams and Ringo's!

United KingdomSitting in the foothills outside of Benidorm, it's taxis all the way. Food choices in the small poolside restaurant has limited choice, but are of good quality. Very hilly, many steps - not for everyone.
Immaculately clean, Spacious, Friendly.....a really pleasant and relaxing experience. Ideal for those who want to get away from the madding cloud, with the very best view of the whole of Benidorm. Well done to all involved.

United KingdomVery rude staff. My wife fell down from a chair as it was of inferior quality and no one helped with any first aid, etc and upon requesting help they asked us to call the ambulance. On the check out, the staff refused to provide the buggy facility and asked us to lift all the luggage on our own with kids to the reception. The beds provided had bed bugs and the staff refused to acknowledge the fact. We were in a group of 3, had hired 3 villas and all of us had a similar experience. Couple of days the vegetarian items in the breakfast got finished and the staff refused to refill it for us. Overall we felt it was a racist experience for us and the lady at the reception was terribly rude.

IcelandCameras everywhere, on every move they are watching you, I have chat whit neighbours and another person and stuff worked out in garden and swimming pool, but on 3 day I was told to leave and cancelled my stay, because it is not hotel policy my behaviour, 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
