While the bed was comfortable, we found the room in need of updating, with noticeable signs of wear and tear such as floor coatings coming away and discolored tile and grout, which detracted from the otherwise luxurious atmosphere. I would really be reaching for other things we didnt like...but one minor inconvenience was the limited selection of TV channels available. It would have been more enjoyable to have a wider variety of channels to choose from. Additionally, we encountered a discrepancy regarding the hotel's amenities policy. The leaflet indicated complimentary loan of items for guests who may have forgotten something, but this turned out not to be the case. When we inquired about borrowing a phone charger (not keeping it permanently), we were informed that it would cost €25 for a multi-head charger, which we would then keep. This felt more like a purchase than a loan, which was not as advertised. (unless I read this incorrectly) All in all, we had a great stay and would 100% book again.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were extensive and well-maintained, offering a range of amenities that catered to our needs perfectly. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the stunning roof terrace. With breathtaking views of Barcelona, it served as an ideal retreat to unwind and enjoy the cityscape. The staff at the Grand Hyatt were exemplary in their service. They were not only professional but also exceptionally friendly, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and courteously. In terms of location, the hotel's position was ideal for our trip, providing easy access to key attractions and amenities within the city. Overall, our stay at the Grand Hyatt Barcelona was a memorable and satisfying experience, thanks to the combination of comfort, excellent facilities, a delightful roof terrace, friendly staff, and a convenient location. We look forward to returning in the future.

The pillows are so fancy that they’re not great for sleeping on, found it very hard to get comfortable. Also they’ve no baby changing facilities even in the ladies bathroom. We checked out but went back to collect our bags and I had to change my baby on a chair, for a 5 star hotel I’d expect baby changing facilities.

Room was very spacious and really modern. Hotel was beautiful.

That there was a fee to use the spa facilities for guests. Lack of commodity for guests to eat at the other two restaurants. Some staff members were not very friendly.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The modernism and decor of the room. Location is a walk a way from great places to spend the day. Philosofia café on the bottom floor had great breakfast and brunch options. Some staff members were very friendly.

The access to the SPA and the parking should be included in the price of the accommodation. Besides this, nothing else to complain about.

Amazing experience at this hotel. Everything met our expectations. The rooms modern, well-decorated, cozy and clean. The beds and pillows absolutely comfortable. The SPA is worth going and also the restaurant at the rooftop (19th floor). We will definitely repeat!

The transparent divider for toilet is dangerous coz if you don’t notice it, you could go bump into it which I did!

Staff were very polite and helpful, everything went along smoothly. The room was cleaned everyday very thoroughly and they even helped tidying my belongings on the bathroom counter, which is something i've not seen in many 5 star hotels. Plenty of pantry refills throughout the day.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Especially manuel who moved our bags from one room to another when we decided to upgrade to a large room. All the reception staff were also great and so helpful. And the waitress and hostess in the restaurant. Overall very nice people
