Complementary water bottles were only for the first night of stay, but no more water bottles were provided during the rest nights of my stay. Parking was expensive. Loud wind noise through room windows hence I was staying in high floor room. No concierge service in early morning hours, as I had to checkout at around 4:30 am to catch-up my flight, so I ended up carrying my luggage to the parking by myself. Location was in a little bit crowded and trafficy area.

Everything in the hotel was luxurious. They have a cafe, restaurant and bar in the ground floor. The staff in reception were well trained and informative. Elevators were fast and easy to use. They complemented me with a free room upgrade because I had to wait few extra minutes to check-in due to problem with their computer system. Car parking is available on site. Room was spacious, clean and smelled so good. There are complementary water bottles and coffee capsule to use with the provided coffee machine. The bathroom was spacious and had nice colors and decorations. Daily room service.

Would loved for the spa to be open every morning. Sadly missed the chance to go due to opening times in the week.

All staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They even surprised me with a dessert for my birthday. The hotel is so clean and modern - blackout blinds made for a great sleep. Only a short walk to the metro to get into the centre.Would definitely stay here again!

Not that we didn’t like it as we knew before staying that this property was a little further from the centre but something to be aware of if you want to be closer. That said, we walked to the Marina and back and it was a lovely walk, it took around an hour each way. You can also get the metro, which I understand takes c.20 minutes.

We loved our stay in Barcelona, the hotel was fantastic! We stayed for 2 nights on our way to another destination in Spain. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, great air con, good sized bathroom and plenty of storage for clothes. We didn’t use all of the facilities as it was a short stay but we did have breakfast on the terrace area which was lovely, fresh coffee and a nice selection of pastries, fruit and cooked options available.

There’s a few things nearby but nothing too notable apart from the stadium next to you. We had to take a taxi / metro to get to most places that we needed to go to.

The pool area is severely lacking a jacuzzi. I kept looking for one, certain that it had to be in some place I just hadn't looked yet. There's tons of space for "socializing" in the pool area that goes unused and could easily be sacrificed for a large jacuzzi. The swimming pool temperature could be slightly warmer, and the outdoor pool area (and poolside bar) could stay open an hour or two later.

First and foremost, the staff. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. The room was updated, spacious and had all the amenities I expected. The location is genuinely fantastic. While central Barcelona is a short metro-ride from the hotel, the true star is the area where the hotel itself is located. Looking for fantastic restaurants with a real neighborhood vibe, while avoiding the hordes of tourists? Just walk around the surrounding blocks and you'll find a handful of places that no tour-guide or concierge is ever going to mention, but are totally worth checking out. Central Barcelona is great, but it's full of "made just for tourists" type of business and experiences. I already mentioned the staff, but special recognition is deserved of the Philosofia Café staff in particular. Seriously the friendliest people we came across on our whole trip. We opted out of the big breakfast buffet and had a light breakfast at the Café every morning.
