Super helpful/ friendly staff, great buffet breakfast with various hot and cold options. Hotel has been renovated fairly recently and is tastefully decorated. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Plenty of amenities on site with swimming pool, water park, bike hire, and kids club. Location convenient to access everything in CB - although it’s not right next to the beach, the hotel is WAY better than the beachside hotels which are very basic. Good value for money overall.

SpainSome small things that they could improve (but there are tons of good things I didn't write so I don't see it as negative, overall it is very good): - I missed being able to prepare coffee or tea in the room by myself and need to ask the bar, a microwave or a coffee machine would have fixed that - room floor cleaning could be improved, we had a small dead insect on the floor for a week (I didn't remove it on purpose) and it was there when we left. But in general it was good, they changed bed sheets and towels when needed and had some nice details. - I'd add a water tap in the buffet so you are not forced to buy bottled water if you only want to drink water
Great overall experience, staff was very friendly and helpful, The buffet was good especially the dinner, aquafun was nice and not crowded. The lobby and common areas are big and clean, the bar was good as well

SpainThe dinner buffet is a bit disappointing as there was no seafood, just a few frozen shrimps in vegetable stir fried dish. Besides, drinks was not included in the meal if the reservation is half-board, not even plain water, we had to pay for it.
The location is great, close to the beach, surrounded by restaurants and supermarket. The waterpark is good fun. Breakfast is abundant.

PortugalThe bathroom of my room was not cleaned, dust in the room, only the floor of the room and bathroom was cleaned but badly. Many hairs in the floor, bathtub very dirty with greases. Windows at the buffet very dirty, although the terrace is nice the wood floors are very dirty. Don't like to eat and have flies outside as inside the buffet.
We stayed a week and with a small children, lovely place to go with children, hotel organizations is for families, so all activities are organized for small children. Staff very friendly and welcoming, food very good and varied all through the week. If you Don't like something to eat there are different options. Recommend the water park with slides, clean and many life guards for every pool or slides, i could relax and enjoy and did not have any worries about my child drowning. Good service at the water park bar/cafetaria.

United KingdomThe water park is open to general public, not enough rubber rings queues to go on the slides, very exasperating, I feel that the Hotel guests should have the privilege's of renting the rubber rings thought out their stay, I was not the only family person complaining about this. 10 mis to get a rubber ring, holidays are for relaxing not stressing. One stairwell for all the water slides, there Covid rules were not applied well, but then you have to wear masks gloves etc inside, but outdoors nothing applied.

IrelandKids entertainment doesn’t start until 10 pm. This is the time when kids should be asleep. My kid missed the entertainment. Food is just basic. Not much taste and cold. Returned bike rental 8 min past and were charged second full hr. This wasn’t a big expense however waving that 8 min would have been a nice gesture.
Acqua park for kids is great. Bed was very comfortable.
