Breakfast could have been better but like...that's ok. It was free. It was just coffee, juice, and some pre packaged muffins.

Location was great. The staff was SO nice. The SHOWERS THOUGH. The showers have a separate change area that has a heater. This was place was amazing. The beds were super cozy, had separate lamps per bed, the people staying in my room were really respectful of sound and light. Overall so stoked I stayed here.

Comfortable beds, there were plenty of bathrooms on each floor so were always available. Location was good for walking into town and also the view from the window was great. Nice to have breakfast available at the hostel as well.

Very nice place. The woman who checked me in gave kind and great customer service sorting me a bottom bunk and giving me the best available room. It's a new, cute hostel - and located right by the lovely river on the edge of the old city. Cuenca is awesome, this is a great place to stay. Gracias por todos..

Very friendly, kind staff - helped make sure we got our taxi, and do laundry. Big room, with interesting interior. Light breakfast included. Great value.

Kitchen area is limited, but adequate so long as you don't need to cook it's fine. Microwave, toaster and kettle and plenty of accessories.

There could be a less confusing and less stressful payment system Usually, hostels take the payment at check in, or in advance of arrival. I didn't know I hadn't payed and the staff became alarmingly aggressive about it. The guy there at the time kept saying it is after the check out time and I am to pay. I thought, he was saying I had to pay more because I was in the building after the check out time. Another member of staff had to be called in to explain it to me. It was probably her day off too. All that could have been avoided by doing what the other hostels do, and getting the payment when we arrive.

A beautiful house, in a beautiful location by the river in the old part of the town. Also, great value for money.

The bunks are a bit noisy - could hear every time someone was rolling to the side in their beds, which can be annoying.

Rooms have a good size and the spaces were very clean. Having breakfast included was definitely a plus. Staff is very nice and helpful - when we arrived people were using all the beds in the room and staff quickly helped us.

The design of the room and the premises was outstanding and beautiful. As it's a hostel, I don't know how it gets in summer, but as we were the only guests, we got to experience silence, nice breakfast, beautiful indoor living/chill space and, of course, such unique room itself.

No big issues! The host didn't speak much English, as promised, but I was able to communicate well enough with my limited Spanish. The early deadline for checking in, 8pm, is something to take note of, as it made choosing a mode of transportation more difficult.

The place was perfect! The hostel is located in a beautiful spot with a view out to the river, with easy access to both the modern and medieval parts of the city. The hostel is quaint and rubber-duck-themed, which was very cute! There were lock-boxes under the beds (locks not included) that I utilized to store my stuff while going out on walks. A keypad at the door made it easy to enter and exit at will. There are individual locking stalls for both showers and toilets. Rooms have 6 beds with individual outlets and shelves for charging electronics. Best hostel I've stayed in!

The bathroom is shared by two or more rooms, so... if you get noisy in there, and there is someone in the next bath, he or she will hear everything. I think that the owners have done their best to isolate them but it is a architecture problem. Neutral Commit: - price around 20s (it can change) - room of 4 (not unisex)
